The Heat hotel in Lake Havasu City was fantastic for our family. The hotel is modern, our room was really big, extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a fantastic view from our balcony of the London bridge and the water channel. We were able to walk over the bridge to restaurants and many shops. We definitely will be coming back here!

This was by far the BEST room we have ever stayed in. The pictures did not do justice. The ambient lighting in the inferno sweet was just so amazing if you like that kind of vibe or you can turn it off. The dual glass shower was amazing in The ambient lighting as well as the tub. 100/10 recommend and will be going back.

What an excellent hotel in a fantastic location! Super friendly and helpful staff! It’s walking distance to the London Bridge! Well equipped and super clean room. Safe location as well. I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling for any reason! 5 stars all the way!

Reception is also the bar, so check in and Drink, one stop. Giant water proof suites on the water. View of the London Bridge and opposite shore all in sparkling lights. Easy walk to most places on the island.

Great location, sold our units at queens bay so looking for new places to stay. Is loud in inferno rooms but in my opinion worth it for big room bathtub and shower. Other rooms a decent with view but not walkout. Overall if don't like noise stay on week days or other rooms.

The location is perfect. Especially at Christmas time when you can view the lights on London Bridge and the lights set to music across the lake. ||Also lots of good dining nearby. Near the Lake Havasu City Visitor Center and other attractions.

The location is amazing being right on the water and next to London Bridge. We stayed in the Bridgeview Suite which had a huge deck and a very comfortable bed. The room was huge but the decor is outdated. This actually didnt bother us as it worked with the vibe of the room-- like from the 1990's or early 2000's. What bothered us us the couch had obvious rips in many places and the remote control was Duct taped together. In addition, the curtains had stains all over them. For paying $500 per night for a room in Havasu, these obvious things should be fixed. I really want to love the hotel because of the design and location but the people in charge needs to fix the obvious issues.

The service at the front desk was Awesome, let by Angela who booked my room and she was great, also Mike was great. the view was great, thank you again, this is my 4th time staying at the Heat , going back again in March 2025 with few friends and family members
