I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with comfortable bedding and all the necessary amenities.

One of the highlights was the hotel’s excellent facilities—whether it was the refreshing pool, well-maintained fitness center, or the delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Overall, I was highly impressed with the service, comfort, and value. I would definitely stay at Holiday Inn again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable hotel experience!

Really loved staying at this hotel. Was only here a single night but the staff was so friendly and nice. Beds were comfy. Loved that there was a microwave and fridge. Parking easy as well. Internet super fast.

Only minor thing I noticed was that the shower / bathtub floor looked like it could have been cleaned a little bit more thoroughly

Hands down, probably the best breakfast I've had on the road at a Holiday Inn Express! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed a week in a room that was cleaned daily. What a great surprise! (That was a pleasant change from a Marriott where we had last stayed where both maintenance and cleaning had been woefully cut back.) At the Holiday Inn the whole place was clean, the staff were cheerful and helpful, breakfast was okay, nights were quiet, and the location was just off a freeway entrance. Pretty perfect. Good value.

Very clean and comfortable room. The hotel has all the amenities you would want at an economical rate. If this wasn’t enough the staff is wonderful and very easy to find. They expressed themselves clearly and welcomed you to enjoy your stay. I felt relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommended staying again and again.

Once or twice a year, I have business that takes me to casa grande AZ for 4 days. As an IHG member, naturally I try to find IHG hotels. This location is the only IHG location in casa grande … next closest property would be Phoenix(ish), a good hour away.

Being the only IHG in a town can be tricky. Sometimes, you’re stuck with what you get and jokes on your because there’s no other option. This, however, is not the case. The hotel is situated right off the Main Street in casa grande (Florence). It’s located within a 1-5 minute drive of about 30 different places to eat, everything from fast food to Olive Garden, ihop to sushi spots etc. Walmart, the “mall”, gas stations and 1 min away from I-10. It’s really a great location.

The hotel itself is nice. It’s not the fanciest IHG … but for an “express”, it’s very well taken care of and clean. They serve breakfast, have a good enough little “store”, and it’s generally quiet without too many disturbances.

Each time I’m there, I’ve only ever stayed in room 105 lol. It’s a “King Suite Additional Living Area”. Not a true suite, not even a full fridge, but basically a long sized bed and a full-ish sized couch with large coffee table, large desk for working, and large area for storing items / clothes etc. It’s actually perfect for these types of stays (1-4 days). It’s the exact same layout and size as the express location I stay at when I travel to Ft Leavenworth (same situation - ONE IHG location there so, “it is what it is”).

Again, one time for sure, maybe two depending, I will be in Casa Grande on business. And each time, I will gladly stay at this location. I’m not disappointed with it, and I’m comfortable there.

Oregonians

We’ve stayed in 4 Holiday Inn Express Hotels on our road trip so far…. the first being outstanding, so we continued seeking them out.

This one was disappointing, with the pool not clean and unusable, and the spa not working….”waiting for a part”. Also in spite of having only a handful of guests, we were given the only room with a view of the overhanging archway, blocking out any sun or daylight.

The room smelled of smoke, and only one bath towel was stocked.

Otherwise, the bed was comfy, they had their great pillows, and the breakfast was good.

Just sad as we were traveling through a warm weather state not to be able to be outside to use pool or look out the window.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, quiet, and professional staff at their hotels. The staff was curtious and interested in me as a reward member. The breakfast was solid and was being used by many at the time that I stayed. I can't think of any other information, but will stay there again once I come back to town for business.

I found this hotel to be exceptionally clean, fairly quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the friendly staff went above and beyond! I would 10 out of 10 stay here again and highly recommend it!
