Very disappointed in this place. We had gone there about a year or so and the food was great. So we went there tonight and my food had something black under it. Needless to say I stopped eating it and showed my husband who is a chef. He said it's mouse poop. So I pulled the rest of the chimichanga up and sure enough there was more underneath. We were disgusted and when we took the food to the counter the girl tried saying it was rice from the flat top. Chimichangas come from the fryer not the flat top. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers!!! We will never return.

Been eating here 3 years and never had a problem, tonight the food was terrible, my chimichanga was filled with mostly onion and very little meat and covered with black guacamole after a 10 minute drive home. Since it was different than usual I was picking the chimichanga apart and this disgusting piece was in there. 🤢 would have brought all the food back and asked for a refund but they are already closed.

Genuinely some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had, reasonably priced too. I’ve been all over the country and still find myself coming back here.

Ordered on their website, got the texts that track the order, 4 minutes after I got the text saying the order was ready for pickup, I walked inside. The kid at the corner said no, that order was already picked up. Confirmed that it was the 2 order of carne asada fries, one of the substitute with carnitas. There is no one else who could have picked up the order. Had to show him my online order that clearly states "pickup" and still he was saying "well they showed me that too" even though i also showed him the texts I was getting. He said "well I mean I guess we can remake it?" As if I was being an inconvenience for their mistake on handing it to the wrong person. I told them not to because I didn't want to sit around for 20 minutes waiting for it to be made.

I called them once I got home, explained that I just wanted a refund because I was not paying for food I did not get and I sat on the phone for 15 minutes while I can hear in the background that I'm just being left on the counter. Again as if I'm an inconvenience. Won't ever come back here again. Not sure if they just said that someone else already picked up the food or if they just wanted to try to pocket my money.

I've made several visits throughout the past couple of years that have given me reason to not go back. Unfortunately my recent visit was the last time. More than half the time they forget something in your order. When you go back to get it, they seem annoyed for some reason. The food is definitely not worth the price. If your order was fried, you can expect to find a pool of oil at the bottom of the plate. A few times the food has the texture as if it had been sitting out for awhile after already being cooked. Maybe one of the many employees is actually friendly most of the time. The rest seem to really not care. The drive through is in terrible shape and you have to drive through dirt and over potholes to get around. Overall a pretty poor experience and not worth the money. Seems more worth it to drive to the Filibertos in Casa Grande.
Edit:I forgot to mention that they should update their operating times. Pretty frequently they will be closed before their posted closing times.

EDIT: if money wasn’t an object and I didn’t have stomach issues, I’d be eating here every single day. Everything is so delicious every time!!!!! Rolbeto’s is a true dinner, lunch, or breakfast saver for us! We can’t express our appreciation for you guys.

Just moved up here to Coolidge and absolutely LOVE this taco shop!! The asada meat is so delicious and the fries are to die for. No toppings needed, but definitely order the asada fries. I’m excited to try more menu items in the future!! Thank you for your kindness 🙂

I ordered DoorDash because when you’re at work and can’t leave that’s what you do. They forgot a meal and DoorDash delivered. I called and they apologized and said I can come get it, I explained the purpose of DoorDash and how I didn’t think I should have to pay DoorDash twice, they said they can’t leave to deliver it, they did not offer me a refund instead they said come in ask for JD we will make it for you, again I explained again how that is not going to work.
Also, chips and salsa isn’t chips with pico on top. I will not be ordering from them EVER. I’m grumpy and telling everyone.

Very good Carnitas, shrimp tacos, breakfast plates, and combination meals. Very friendly owner and staff. And anything you like or get think of they will whip it up for you.
