We rented the suite. Was told if we had to leave early ,would receive a refund! Meanwhile the room was not clean and the shower drain was plugged. Only one spatula with no handle . Staff smoked cigarettes in the area that was posted no smoking, and when we had to leave early the manager was no where to be found . Had to wait four days for a callback then no refund! Terrible rooms , beds were wore out. Would Strongly Not Recommend Sierra Inn

This place is undervalued, you get way more than you paid. Room is clean, environment is like in the forest, you even get a kitchen. Least but not last, you only need 5 minutes drive to downtown Prescott. I will strongly recommend if you want to find some place to get out of urban.

The office closes at 10:00 PM. They ask if you will be checking in after 10:00 PM to please let them know to make arrangements. We knew we would be there before 10:00 PM but at 8:30 we got a call asking if we were still coming in because we were the last to check in. Instead of telling us the process for late check in we were made to feel like we needed to go and check in, we ended up leaving the event we were at just to check in and go back.||The trim behind the door was broken. There was a hole in the wall. The door knob was loose. The bathroom sink was wobbly. The tension rod for the shower curtain was installed wrong. The floor was dirty like it hadn't been mopped. Walked from the bathroom to the bed and my feet was already black. The threshold between the wood floor and the tile was falling apart and there was a lip that we kept tripping on it. The smoke detector was falling off the wall. The door wasn't sealed.||You can tell they are trying to make it look nice and up to date. The room wasn't bad, just needs a little work and a couple hours to fix the problems in the room. Other than the floors not being mopped it was a clean place to stay. The lady at the front desk was very nice and said she would let maintenance know about the things that need to be fixed. Breakfast is just a snack. A couple granola bars, apple, mandarin orange and fruit snacks. It was worth it not to pay $300 a night at another hotel. I would consider staying again if I didn't have another choice.

The floors could have been a bit more clean and the beds weren’t the most comfortable I’ve slept on, but the rest of the room as well as the bathroom was very clean. They must have remodeled recently, the room was stylish and modern and there was plenty of space for us. It’s also really close to Whiskey Row as well as the lake we went to for fishing. The lady who checked me in was pleasant and professional, the price of the room was reasonable; I’d stay here again next time I’m in Prescott for the night.

After a six-day outdoor camping trip sleeping on the ground, I much prefer this over staying here again.

If you're looking for a place with numerous maintenance issues, this inn is perfect. From trip hazards like nails sticking up on the decking and steps, to a deadbolt that sticks and creates a fire hazard, including a loose door handle—you might actually be in danger staying here. The list of problems is extensive, including uneven floors, which are a nightmare for anyone in a wheelchair.

The room was terribly dirty and lacked blackout blinds. Housekeeping was non-existent.

Adding to the list of issues, there were roaches, a worn-out shower, a broken faucet, and a lumpy bed. The towels smelled like cigarettes, which was quite unpleasant. Despite being close to downtown, the negatives far outweigh this single positive. Based on all the bad reviews, they are absolutely true, and it's sad that management doesn't care. This place should be condemned.

On a positive note, the staff were nice, but unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the numerous issues. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
