We love it here, a lot of activities, beautiful location, nice and quiet. There is a fairly good-sized laundry. Plenty of space for walking or biking.
Cons:
Not much nearby for shopping or restaurants.
You can't get your mail here.
For such a large park, there's only one set of bathrooms.
Wifi is not very strong.

This is a very nice RV park. Nice staff, people, nice dog park. And a nice HEATED pool at 84 degrees! Very clean, clear water. Nice clean showers. Would stay again for sure. Thanks Picacho Peak RV park. Also great nearby hiking. Also recommend Picacho Peak State Park And for what you get, prices are reasonable.

Clean, quiet, great prices, friendly professional staff, easy convenient location, and quite peaceful. Spaces are roomy and well maintained. I’m not a fan of laundry connected to the office, as I have sensitivity to artificial fragrance/VOCs, but the check in was fast and easy. This is a large property with a huge variety of accommodations from the small camper site to the large motor coach site, and home sites. Everyone was friendly, so are their dogs! I did not use the amenities, but there were planned activities, and many opportunities to relax and enjoy the property. Power chair friendly paved streets, and hard packed RV space with patio with privacy dividers is a big bonus for us.
Oh, the view is fantastic, as we were right under the peak.

Spent a month here in the winter of 2022. Great staff. Friendly people. Beautiful sunsets. Nice activities. RV sites are nicely sized. Price was great. Cons: no WiFi, you had to sign up and pay for it. And Hwy 10 is noisy but we got used to it.

We stayed one month. Three water shut offs occurred in that time (Two water main breaks and a valve leak on their water supply tank). The location is terrible. Constant highway noise and trains pass on an average of every 38 minutes. You are in the desert, if that is what you like.

This is an rv park. And it is so peaceful in the space we are now. Everyone is so nice. Meeting a lot of people from all over. Dog parks are small, but our dogs handle it, ok. There is a peak right in the back of us you can hike up. Pickleball, bocce, clubhouse, small but nice pool and propane on site for Rvers. When we 1st got here we were not
in a spot I could live with for 2.5 month. Out have coffee and garabge trucks are right on top of us. Met a lot of people taking their trash out. But, we asked to be moved, and they did it. I'm so glad. We aren't trailer trash anymore LOL.
