We recently did an overnighter here. I'll go in order of how it went. We have a 40' 5th wheel.

First, the entry/exit onto the highway is awful. I feel it's dangerous. There is a blind corner to the north and you have to be quick due to heavy traffic. You have to go down a slight downgrade into the park. When departing, we had to go north, we had to go south, find a place to turn around so we could continue our trip north.

Once inside, we drove to the office and waited for someone to show up. It's pretty run down. Roads are broken up and a mix of old rigs and a few newer. The manager, Greg came over from his rig to greet me and he's a really nice guy. He showed me my spot and I didn't have any issues parking. You can see by the pictures, the water and sewer are on the driver's side, power on the other side. He said they are renovating from an older manufactured home place to an RV park. When I parked, the rig behind me was only a couple of feet from my slides with their awning out. I felt bad for them.

I walked down my exit, as the park is confusing. I'm glad I did. RV's are parked in what appears as confusing. There are several full-timers. Even though the location is prime, we won't be returning, even though there is a great walking bridge into town.

It's safe, and the manager, Craig, is super friendly and helpful and keeps park clean and in line. I stayed in my camper. I love watching the horses on the edge of the park (not part of the park), the giant Eucalyptus trees, and walking over the bridge to town.

It is an RV park. Nice and clean, but close to a very busy road. There is a great walking path that goes under the road and into Wickenburg. It seems much safer to walk than drive!

The worst RV park I’ve ever stayed at!?! Highway noise all night long, spaces are 4 actual feet from each other!?! Not even enough room to put out lawn chairs?!? Wtf And they have the audacity to even charge you to stay here!?! NEVER AGAIN…

New ownership, they're starting to work on making it a much better RV park. Sites are clean, decent room between rv sites. Alot of older tall trees provide some shade during the day depending on where you're at.
Manager is pretty chill.
There's a new shower house/laundry being built it the main office building that's suppose to be open soon.
Easy access via walking path right across the river into the downtown area where there's restaurants and a couple bars and shopping.

Stopped with grandkids and RV for overnight stay on cross country road trip. Very clean, professionally maintained & operated. Manager was quick to assign us pull through level pad so I wouldn't have to unhook trailer. He stopped by to check on us to make sure we were happy. Price was extremely low for such a well maintained RV park with full hookups. Highly recommend this RV park.

Stayed for 3 nights in our travel trailer. Our spot was facing a horse pasture, which was beautiful watching the horses playing. Spot was level and very clean. Did not use restroom or showers so we can't say how they were. The office staff, Barbara, was great, very friendly. We arrived after office closed , but a packet for us was on the door. Only reason not a five star is the two very small driveways are very steep and uneven, which if you had a large trailer you could drag the bottom or hitch on your trailer, also due to traffic and a curve it's hard to see traffic to pull in or out. But the park is clean . Train near by is noisy at night. We would stay here again.

Update 2024: reading the replies to negative reviews.. I'm so grateful we never went back. Clearly management isn't respectful or understanding. We weren't the only ones who had surprise rate increases. Overall it's not the place I'd recommend anyone experience. We thought it was cool, but so glad we don't go back there anymore.
Update from 2022:
I tried to make a reservation to stay again this year but they either changed prices or decided they don't like us anymore.. the price I was quoted over the phone was $200 more than what we paid last year. I feel like they are simply trying to take advantage of people and I feel so wronged by them. I really did like our time there and I'm beyond sad that they're this greedy.

Original review:
This stay was awesome! We'll be back and I hope I'll be able to bump my review up when we come back.
There is some work being done in the park right now, tearing up roads and running utilities. I do understand this is necessary though so we survived with no complaints. When it's done I'm sure this place will be even more appealing!
The other dilemma we had was with their dryers. One didn't work at all and the other only ran for 5-6 seconds before shutting down. So basically both didn't work. We ended up having to go up to a laundromat in town which wasn't as nice as walking down to the machines in the park.
Happy to come back though! The shade trees are nice
