This is an excellent campground. Nice rv pads, full hookups, air cond game room and outdoor covered pavilion. Very quiet, lots of shade and a great place to just kick back and get away from it all. The owners are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. We come here twice a year and have been doing so since they opened. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

While driving to Florida, we got to Magnolia Sands RV Park in Wiggins, MS.
We booked for 1 month and ended up staying for 2 months, only because we had a beautiful site with "a big back yard" which was due to the fact that our site backed up onto a good size pond. Sitting in that "backyard" while having a fire and looking out over the pond was very enjoyable. We loved our stay and the park was nice and quiet.
The park owners were great hosts as they were very friendly and most helpful, Yes, we felt right at home.
From Wiggins we took trips to Mobile, Hattiesburg, New Orleans and Lake Pontchartrain. All trips were very nice and Mississippi is definitely a nice place to visit.
We are Snowbirds from Canada, that winter in Florida but we will definitely come back to Magnolia Sands.

Hidden gem. Owners very nice, level concrete site #20 full hook ups. Great little pond nice shade. Will come back and recommend to others

Magnolia Sands is a lovely small family owned and run. Bridgette and Gary are so nice and helpful. Mostly back in sites with a picnic table and trashcan that Gary comes around and empties. There is a pond and a trail that we loved to walk our dogs around. Its located in Wiggins, MS. A nice little town with all your necessary stores and a few good restaurants. Wiggins is conveniently located in between Hattisburg and Biloxi/Gulfport.
There are a couple of cute cabins you can rent also. Small laundry and lodge room that they served Christmas dinner to all the folks staying there around the holiday. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice park quiet charming. Management are just like family very helpful kind people. We had car trouble had to leave it in shop hour away for 2 weeks. Everyone in park including management offered rides to market
Management took my husband to get the vehicle a refuse to take any compensation. Lovely People and Park. Showers and laundry sparkling clean.

Brigette and Gary are such sweet people. They are working hard to make improvements to the park, including better wi-fi. The wi-fi does work, mostly, if you change around the routers. We were limping along, using our ATT wifi and theirs. T-Mobile is NON-existent, as is Visible.. It is a serious dead zone. Anyway, about the park...
There were many snow birds staying there, and long-term renters. The park is Quiet. There are campers who stay for a night or two, or a week, or two (like we did). Everyone was so very nice. OH! They also have cute cabins.
There is a pond, which is pretty, and people walk around. We did not go down to the water. The bugs chew me to the bone. Idk why, they just do. The bath house and laundry area is very clean and adequate. I did not use the bath house or the exercise room. I did take pics though. There are two washers and two dryers and work perfectly. They sell quarters at the office. $1.50/$1.00. Bargain compared to others.
The landscaping, trees, flowers, and yard ornaments are all so nice. Whimsical. There is concrete pads, grass and gravel at most sites, and there are fire pits and picnic table at each site. 30/50 amps and water pressure is great. Our "yard" was sand..... Which, if I'm not at the beach I'm not interested. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Sands. We camped at Magnolia Sands RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
