I live here now, and the absolute worst part about living here is simply rampant substance abuse, which wouldn't be as big of an issue if everyone would have some class and mind their own business. Everyone here has lots of interesting things others would like to know and when an altercation takes place, it gets ugly. Ignorant people don't realize how much they have to lose, or how much worse it could get. If you were a drama queen in high school, and have no higher expectations in life than being in the food service industry, welcome to your new humble abode. Paper thin walls, plumbing issues, bugs, mold, ignorant, uneducated, gossiping neighbors await you in the socialistic, liberal-democratic totalitarian paradise of the future. I feel sorry for management and the owner, this is a money pit, burn it to the ground. A very sad and unsafe environment for children. If you value your sanity, please heed my warning and steer clear. Nothing but heartache and misery dwells here.

We used to live here for 8 years, aside from the small kitchen, skunk and stray cat problem our only complaint was the maid who lived a few units down from us and our neighbors.
All we heard was the maid and her husband screaming, physically fighting over his drinking. Our bedroom window was the laundry room door and we heard him all housrs getting his bottle from the trash can! We would smell weed from their place whenever the old manager was gone.
The maid was rude to everyone, followed our guests to see where they were going, if it was someone she did not like the look of, our friend stopped coming over! We moved because we found out about the sale because she told everyone about it and how the new owner was getting rid of the manager and keeping her and how it was "her property now". I only wish we had told the manager before we moved about the problems. The old manager was friendly they fixed allot of our problems and the local supervisor always followed up.
I went back to visit a friend who still lives there and says it has only gotten worse since she became manager. While visiting she ran from the office to see where I was going and once she realized I was a visitor she butted in our conversation talking on how her old friends had moved back in and how he smokes weed and drives a taxi. She and her friend or coworker continued telling us the new owner wants to charge electric but it is to expensive to switch right now and everyones personal business including they had moved back in people who had been kicked out before.

DO not disturb her when its her day off she will tell you its her day off.
DO not disturb her when she is at her other job she will scream at you for interrupting her cleaning.
DO not come to her for mail until after the office is open, even if she is in the office.
DO not complain about her friends pit bull running around without a leash, barking or bleeding all over the place.

The supposedly "new management" here is mean, rude and unprofessional.

Stop calling the 760 number. It's not their line. They're too lazy to get their business number changed to be correct. Sounds harsh, but it's honest. I have never stayed at this location, but have been to the office. I'd search for somewhere else if I were you, a place that takes pride in their business maybe? Just from the visual of the outside of the complex and inside the office makes me want to wish nothing but good luck to those who chose to stay there.

NEVER stay at River View in Bullhead, AZ.
The company should be ashamed. ALL of the amenities posted do not exist. FALSE Advertising. NO WiFi. No pool. Gravel on spaces so old and lose our risers went from 3 down to 2. Making our coach unlevel. No shuttel into town. No walking path. One shower for men and one for women.
Our dues spent on a lovely entrance and metal desert creatures. Horrible.
