Had the most wonderful time there. Employees are kind and so helpful. One of the employees came to my rental spot and picked up propane tanks, filled them and returned them back without me having to go to the tank!!! Park is gorgeous and very very clean. Nice to be able to walk the tails. All of the visitors were kind and happy. There bathrooms and showers area were so clean. Will definitely be coming back again

What a great campground! We have a 73 foot rig and reserved a long pull through. They had the perfect spot which was easy to get in and out of. The office woman was so very friendly, accommodating, and helpful! They had all of the amenities we needed and the great view of the mountains was a plus. The campground is well kept and quiet.
We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again.

We stayed at Rio Verde in a 38’ DP with a tow. The owners/employees were so friendly and accommodating. Our site was close to the path leading down along the river. It was a quiet, clean campground just 2 miles from downtown Cottonwood and 18 miles from Sedona. Perfect place to stay, close to everything. We were surprised that more people weren’t staying there. Great hook up facilities and clean laundry room. The fresh baked sourdough bread and fresh eggs were an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Rio Verde RV Park is an amazing place to stay! The park is clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The spots are spacious, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it a perfect getaway. Plus, it’s conveniently located near Sedona and other great attractions. Highly recommend!

Nice RV park with full hook ups. Bathrooms were very clean with toilets and showers. There is a river at the back of the property which is fun for the kids to try fishing in (not sure if there's actually any fish in it but it was still fun for them). There are fire pits and a picnic table at each site.

This is a really great place. The people who work there are just amazing, they go above and beyond what anyone would expect. They have a fantastic common area by the river, including an area for dogs. They are about the most dog friendly business anywhere. The laundry and other facilities they have are spotless clean, and they also have security patrol. If you are a responsible pet owner or a not pet owner, I don't think you will find a more welcoming place. I'd give more than 5 stars if it were an option. I will stay there again!

Absolutely the best campground we have stayed in!! Staff is so kind and helpful. Restrooms, showers and laundry rooms are spotless! Conveniently located to explore Sedona, Jerome and Cottonwood! Would recommend a river site if available!!!

My husband and I were just passing through and needed a spot to park our truck camper for the night. This place is AMAZING! If I could give it 10 stars I would. I saw security driving around and the staff is extremely friendly. The bathrooms and were very clean and I noticed they were being cleaned regularly. Very pet friendly with poop bag stations scattered around the whole place. It has a great fenced dog area as well as an off leash area. The laundry is coin operated and you can exchange cash for quarters in the office. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you for making our short stay one to remember.
