I took my husband glamping for his birthday. We had an amazing time! So much fun feeding the ducks and fish. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was nice when we needed it. Air on was a great hostess.

This stay was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to unplug and unwind for the weekend. We will be returning ASAP. The pool area was one of our favorite parts about our stay. The lakeside cottage was beautiful, we loved the location. The cottage was clean and kept up with. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We were close enough to neighboring towns to go grab anything we may need (Hattiesburg was about 20 minutes) yet still get that nature and secluded feeling. Can't wait for our next visit.

OMG, where to start.. Sweetwater Lodge was an amazing find. It was a perfect getaway for me and my wife. My wife loves camping, I'm not too keen on sleeping in a tent, on the ground with bugs, hot dogs on sticks... So I found out about glamping, and was it amazing. Huge tent on the lake, California king bed with luxury linens, air conditioning, coffee pot, porch overlooking the lake with huge catfish. Gas grill for cooking. Restroom with shower outside was amazing. They have a beautiful area with swimming pool, hot tub and sauna that we used both days. Evening catfish feedings. The hospitality was amazing, while having all the privacy we could want. The 27 acre property was just beautiful, all away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We recommend Sweetwater Lodge to anyone who loves camping, glamping, peace and solitude. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Wow! This place is gorgeous and so relaxing. There are benches and chairs around the property, fire pits and places to just sit back and take in the view. The greenhouse that has the pool, sauna and hot tub is so magical- you want to stay in there all day. Highly recommend.

I am in love with The Lodge!! It felt like a dreamy adult summer camp: yoga by the lake every morning, cooking together, listening to cicadas and watching the stars at night. They have put together something truly beautiful that brings people together and gives them a place to decompress from the world. I loved the lakeside cottage, the swimming pool, and getting a glimpse of the artists-in-residence. The weekend my friends and I spent there was so wonderful and so healing. I can’t wait to come back!

My retreat at The Lodge was nothing short of magical. The land was beautiful. Every meal was healthy and delicious. Tents were nice and cozy - like something straight out of a magazine! All activities were fun and beneficial to me personally, but I very much appreciated how they were all optional to attend. The sauna, hot tub, saltwater pool, walking trails, hammocks, sitting spots, and fire places were all some of the lovely amenities available to us at any time. An incredibly inspirational space for self-reflection and/or building lasting connections with other beings. The Lodge helped me easily reconnect with nature and embrace my true & authentic Self <3

What a hidden gem! We loved our time at The Lodge at Sweetwater and can’t wait to go back with our family and friends! Our “glamping” tent had a private deck over the pond and was nicer than some hotels I’ve stayed in! Each tent has a private shower and toilet which was delightful! We even had a lake view from the shower! We went in October and the days were warm and the nights were cool, not at all uncomfortable, but each tent had heated blankets and portable air conditioning just in case.

I stayed here in the spring for a friends birthday retreat, what a great weekend! The property is sooo beautiful and the glamping experience was wonderful. Morning yoga was a treat with the sights and sounds of the woods surrounding us. We had massages, bonfires, hung out in the hot tub and enjoyed everything Sweetwater has to offer. The tents are well equipped with comfortable beds and bedding. The food was outstanding, but the people who run the property are what really make it special. I travelled from Canada for this special birthday weekend and can't wait to come back.
