Middle of nowhere where with what could be a larger playing floor some distance between the ATM/ticket exchange machine vs the members card swipe machines... they are tight quarters & to have more tables. That being said.. what they have & offer is probably best in the area, offers plenty to play areas a few days, they just got a new table of 2, including electronic craps! There are a few restaurants & they also do the standard things like super bowl parties & such based upon the holidays. I did enjoy the many features on certain games that have multiple features vs just a few or 1 process to earn/make money while investing the time/cash.
Staff were nice enough & parking was ample.

We enjoyed the hotel and casino. The hot tub was great. Accessibility is a bit of an issue but reasonable. The very very small smoking area in the casino is kind of ridiculous. It was overcrowded and there are not enough machines for the amount of smokers who play. Many smokers go in there to smoke and not play but sit at the machine. So those of us who wish to play cannot. It needs to be better regulated or they need to expand it.

Was my first time at a casino since I was 20. Just went in to check it out and play a lil roulette. I realized I forgot my phone in the bathroom after I was gone for 30 minutes called and they had it ….so thankful someone turned it in. It was an easy process just had to go in open my phone. They were so nice there was lots of tables and slots to play.

I'm very happy to give a 5 star review. I have had many good experience with the Lodge and the casino. Today I had a issue and called customer service about my reservation. Spoke to Gina, and she did everything she can to answer all my questions, and concerns. I appreciate the staff, they really care about everyone that visits this establishment. Thank you !!

Been here a few times. This time booked suite for couple days. Went to Jerome for about 5 hours came back and room hadn't been cleaned. Went to gamble and as passing front desk asked that bed be made and fresh towels. Well came back to room around 5pm and had towels sitting on coffee table and bed unmade. Probably won't go back.

I stayed here first leg of a long road trip. It is definitely an ok place, I went mid February so it was slightly bleaker than I imagine it to be during the spring and summer. The room was good. Large, some amenities like coffee machine and a tv which wasn’t too fussy although channels are limited. Slightly suspect smell. Biggest problem is thin walls, crying toddlers and loud partying in the room next to me so I was forced to use headphones to get some peace.

There are a few reasons why I rate it at 3 stars. First- I booked online thinking that my price ($90) was for a hotel room, yet I end up at ‘the lodge’ If I wanted to book the lodge, I could have gotten it for 40, which would have been an excellent deal. The management was unsympathetic. At the lodge you are basically a 2nd class citizen- unable to use the pool area in the hotel or other such amenities. You must use the on call shuttle or drive your butt up to the casino/hotel. They should invest in a staircase so you can just walk..

Next morning, when I had to drive my car from the lodge up to the casino, I was immediately reprimanded for carrying my thermos (which I was aiming to fill with the free coffee) into the restaurant. Really? So I filled up my coffee, hoofed it back to my car, and came back to the restaurant. A minor inconvenience to be fair but after the unhelpfulness at the desk the night before and the crying babies I was not in the best mood. BUT, I will say, the food i had for breakfast was awesome. I had biscuits and gravy and asked for a side of bacon. The bacon was really high quality and the breakfast was fantastic with lovely waitress and host.

So, It’s not really a bad place to stay, if you book for less than 50 for the lodge it’s a great deal; especially if you have kids/family. There is a heated outdoor pool and the landscape is nice. I’m unable to review the castle rooms, but I’d say probably worth what I was trying to pay - 90.

Also no roulette table in the casino.

The room was beyond disgusting, looks like it hadn’t been touched in months. Layers of dust caked on so hard you’d probably have to take a razor blade to it. Yellow and black mold in the bathroom. Showerhead looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the building was built. Leftover puke spray on the walls. Smudges next to the toilet. The hot tub was green and foamed when the jets were turned on from it not being cleaned. not once was our room serviced. It’s a lie about them having a heated pool, pool was 60° at 7 PM. Considering how much we paid for this room, you would at least think it would have the bare minimum of cleaning done to it. It seems like they go in, give you fresh towels, make the beds with old blankets and call it a day.

Great location with great amenities. My daughter loved the kid zone, I wasn’t sure about it but the staff was nice and the place was lit and had an easy visibility of the kids. The pizza was great. It was a short drive into Sedona, wineries and the Christmas train. The free soda fountain and coffee was a hit.
