The biggest mistake I made was not checking out the room before I paid the money as soon as I walked into the room and cockroaches fell off the ceiling onto the floor I asked management if they had any bug spray she handed me a half gallon of defense I could not sleep in the room I had to sleep in my car it's disgusting need to be shut down. Because there are laws that they don't understand the end or not following disgusting.

Prices are way too high for the type of conditions these rooms be. Towels and rags aren't washed properly along with a roach infestation that needs to be taken care of immediately! Manager is a good guy

Very dirty and everything in the place was broken and there were cockroaches everywhere, water was cold and doors didn't lock securely and much more was wrong with the place I was very disgusted. It took the manager to move my room and when I got to the other one it was just as bad If you're looking for a hotel I definitely would not recommend the citrus

I just want to say my car overheated or this place was nice enough to allow me to use their hose to cool my radiator down and that's a pretty cool motel and itself. They're located in a really good location right off the light rail and I'm assuming they're pretty inexpensive. So go here everyone!!!!!

First of all this place is the worst but sometimes u gotta make do With wat u have and I didn't have alot of money so I went here after I sanitized the whole place and put a bed cover over the whole bed blanket and all. And put my own bedding on it was time to relax........so I thought ... There was a lot of illegal activity going on and alot of in and out of people and cars...., I tried multiple times to try and reach the front desk but no answer I even risked my own life walking to the office but there was still nobody answering.........
The next day she tried to to call the police on us for the room key but she had the key herself the whole experience was the worst thing..... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rooms are definitely cheap however you get what u pay for I suppose. Rooms are nasty n roach infested...there is a microwave, table, chairs, sink, refrigerator....

The only positive thing is they accept cash and no deposit. Aside from that I had to wash my own bedding, after 6 days and washing them twice myself I asked for new ones and they said "no, maybe tomorrow".The sink in the bathroom leaked so much there was a 2" puddle covering half the hotel room floor, and the office wouldn't give me an extra towel, a mop- Nothing. The room is straight trash. 5 days too long!!

I compared rates in the area and found this to be the most reasonable.
The room was recently remodeled with new tile floors, new bathroom fixtures and a brand new bed!
There were no bugs or other pests like I've seen so many of in other motels.
Was very clean and quiet.
