This hotel was beautiful. From the service, staff, and views. The host was very welcoming and provided complimentary snacks available 24/7. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.
Location was a bonus as it was close to the central areas of Sedona but far enough to be away from the bustle. Views were great. I will definitely consider this location for my next trip to Sedona and would recommend.

Incredible views and the hosts were so kind and welcoming! They helped orient us to all of the different viewpoints around the inn, and made us feel at home. The chef was amazing and our breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay and would definitely go back!

If you are looking for a place to be in the heart of Sedona, you may want to go somewhere else. If you don't mind the 15 minute drive, you'll love it. Honestly, it was very nice. A great breakfast every day. Every room has a great view. Great times.

We were so impressed with the Penrose B&B! We'll definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly, serving a gourmet breakfast each morning. The views were absolutely stunning and could be seen from our room, the balcony, or patio. It was only a short drive to the busy uptown area and very close to hiking trails. It was our first time in Sedona and we were so happy with our choice. The Penrose was perfect!

Penrose B&B is the only B&B built on the side of Sedona's famous red rocks, The Penrose provides the best views from every room of some of the formations that make Sedona a top-rated tourist attraction. We stayed in the Kokopelli, as a guest of a friend, and boy we we lucky. It is the nicest, I think of all the rooms and it is at least 400$ plus per night, depending on when you go. ||The Kokopelli has a nice little sitting room along with the bedroom and includes a flat panel TV, a two-person Jacuzzi, which is just amazing and with separate shower.||There is no closet so you are left with a European style clothes rack, which is just fine, unless you are staying more than a week. ||The balcony is the length of the entire room. There is beautiful Mexican furniture, tin mirrors, and pottery in the sitting room and in the bedroom. Out favorite spot was the balcony.||The Penrose has American food. All dishes are great and made from scratch They even have candy for you in your room. ||The Penrose has 24/7 access to a free snack bar with pop corn, granola bars, nuts, and a variety of beverages. The staff which is wonderful can refer you to places for dinner or a fine lunch. ||The place is perfect. This will be a great once in a lifetime B&B for you. The staff is just so kind, the food is great, the place is spotless and there is so much to do nearby.||You will love this place.

We certainly were lucky to have reserved a room at the Penrose BNB. We found Sedona to be incredibly crowded and touristic. But Oak Creek, just 3 miles away from downtown Sedona, is very different. It’s breathtakingly beautiful but without all the touristic chaos.||The Penrose was perhaps the nicest BnB that we have ever visited. Our room was cozy and charming. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom had everything we needed. And the view from our balcony was beyond amazing, just gorgeous.||The breakfast was delicious. It certainly had a southwest-y influence, new things to taste and enjoy. All the staff were as helpful as could be. Many thanks to Melissa who did a load of laundry for us—- no charge! ||If you’re looking for an elegant and restful place to stay in the Sedona area, this is it. It’s the real deal!

Beautiful review bell rock which have 🌀energy。superquite in night.front desk lady call me make sure am on the way. it is person private building,private parking in back.morning I had good breakfast ,Wendy is very nice person good chatting with her . Good place to meditation recharge myself!owner give a t shirt for gift😊After breakfast I sleep again,it is late about half hour to check out,until house keeping knock the door.he did help my luggage,nice man! I did hiking on nearby Bell rock,writing the mantra of Guru Rinpoche . It is best blessing for everyone!thanks all who I meet and help !

Adorable B&B. Amazing views from all rooms. Friendly staff. Snacks and cold beverages available all day long. Located in the quiet and pretty Village of Oak Creek, about 15-20 minutes from uptown Sedona.

The only 3 things that could be improved are:

-cleaning: our room could benefit from a deep cleaning -it was dusty- and a daily tidying up… there is no housekeeping during stays.

-sustainability: instead of providing bottled water, they could have a fountain for guests to refill their bottles — too many plastic bottles otherwise

-breakfast time: it is from 7:30 to 9 am. But since life style in the area implies going to bed and getting up early, if they offered their amazing homemade breakfast at 6 am it’d be awesome!

We would definitely go back!
