I had a wonderful stay! Juan at the front desk was absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. From the moment I checked in, he made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. His positive attitude truly enhanced my experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely return in the future!

Staff and service level was exceptional. Breakfast was very good, and the location is great. But the rooms are some of the lowest quality Hampton Inn rooms I've seen. Leaves a lot to be desired, especially for the high price they were charging on my stay. You're paying for the location, and the staff make it acceptable.

Decent in a good enough sort of way. There was some weirdness with the faucets. The sink was loose and the tub would drip if not over tightened. Great water pressure though. The tv was positioned perfectly to be viewed from the desk. Not the bed or the sofa, the desk. TV didn't have a turnable top either. Like I said, weirdness. Nothing to really make it bad though. Room was clean and made daily. Good service. Breakfast was very mediocre. I'm being critical with my words, but this is still a 4 star review. There was nothing bad and most everything else was great. I'd stay here again

We came to Glendale for the recent WWE event across the way at the Desert Diamond venue. This was the absolute perfect location for us. The rooms were incredibly clean, and maintained every day by housekeeping, the breakfast was delicious, the general location of the hotel is convenient for many needs to include food and shopping. Finally, the staff was incredible. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, dealing with front desk and even the cleaning staff, they were all wonderful. The first time, the gal at the desk, I didn't get her name, was incredibly accommodating to a special need and request that I had, and I knew this would be a great stay. Additionally, this is the first time that a manager has called our room in all the hotels I've stayed in prior to check out to ask about our stay and find out if we had any complaints or anything. I honestly appreciated that. The pool was really nice, and the hot tub was great. I was hoping for indoors but the Arizona weather made it tolerable to be outdoors. If in the event we ever go back to Arizona, we definitely will be making plans to stay at this hotel again. Keep doing what yall are doing!!

Rooms are dated. Staff is super nice. Breakfast could improve....eggs were pretty gross. Great location. My only real issue was that my room was cleaned when I had the sign on the door not to.

So many hotels are overpriced these days so I will not knock this one down for also being over priced. $330 total for one night which includes $18 for parking. Clean hotel and seems new. Very good service. Parking is easy too; they had plenty of spaces when we stayed there which was on a Satuday night. Quiet also.

Overall, our stay was good. Just a caveat, which is something we had not noticed upon making our reservation. There is a charge for parking of $15 per day. I'm guessing this is due to the location by the ugly stadium. Because we were blindsided, the front-desk person waived our "first-time" fee, but parking fees are a deal breaker, and for that reason, we will not be staying here again. The bed and sofa were comfortable, and the room was clean. The carpet could use a little spot cleaning, and the bathtub fixture was leaking, which we reported before we left. Traffic in that area was crazy!

The hotel is in a great location and the common areas are nice. The room itself was pretty basic and drab.

However, the reason for the 1-star review is that I was charged twice for the same booking and when I called to dispute this, they said they couldn't do anything and for me to fix it with my credit card company, even though I did not make the mistake. Pretty simple will not stay there again.
