Room was dated but overall comfortable! They are pet friendly so that's a plus as it's hard to find a pet friendly hotel that is spacious in this area. Front desk was helpful & so was the audit/morning team member.

The place is as typical as you would expect. The staff are great. |Tried to get breakfast on my first morning there and gave up, as such I never tried again. |The bar and diner in the opposite hotel was made best by the bartender who had a real sense of humour and it was appreciated.

I've been a Hilton Honors member for 7 years and this is the WORST Hilton motel I've ever stayed in. The facilities are dated and need of some serious repair. flooring in the kitchen and bathroom is loose and coming apart. The toilet in our room ran all night because the fill valve needed to be replaced. I reported it to the front desk and the response was, I'll have someone check it but he's new and I'm not sure he can fix it. Someone obviously made an effort because when we returned to the room someone wiped their dirty hands on my wife's bath towel but the toilet wasn't fixed. The breakfast was awful and we were charged for parking when the website said parking was free. If this how Hilton is going to operate I'll be staying at IHG motels in the future.

Absolutely horrible service. The assistant GM and Jason and Nick were total jerks. We had a hospitalization and could not make the reservation. Instead of showing empathy, they both were very aggressive and emphasized that they were lucky as they could have charged for both rooms. I hope that this behavior is not the same across all Homewood suite properties.

Homewood Suites in Avondale will never get my money again, nor will I recommend them.

They may take this post down as it reflects negatively on them. However, the public should know, and their managers should as well.

From the very start, Judith was amazing. She is very accommodating. How many to get the best price one over all of the features of the hotel the included breakfast even the social that they host tomorrow night there’s a full service gym pool spa all of the amenities fully loaded, I couldn’t be happier. I certainly be staying here more often.

I am a hilton honors member...Absolutely stay at another hotel . This hotel desperately needs renovation. They over charged me for the room and when I attempted to address it and told them I was going to get an investigator , the receptionist ' Nick ' Hung up in my face. Please when you stay address the extra charges

Clean, lively, near Phoenix Raceway, (NACAR), restaurants all around here, two coffee shops within a 5 minute walk from here, great staff, great breakfast. It was like going to Vegas, but no $30 parking fee.

Positive: Clean and in a good location Negative: Mattresses in both the king bed and the pull out couch old and uncomfortable. The pull out couch was missing some springs at the bottom of it.
