Overall food is pretty great and we had a phenomenal server. She was super upbeat and engaging.
Pancakes were pretty delicious. Kiddo loved her bacon. Breakfast burrito and house fries were delicious also.

Food and service is decent, if not the best in town, and location is ideal right there on Mingus. The interior could use an update but the older style makes it sort of nostalgic I suppose.
The coffee could be better! A good cup of coffee is very important to me when dining out, so please consider stronger coffee with better flavor!
Otherwise, mostly satisfied. I always try to tip the servers, even if it's not the highest amount. They deserve it. You should too!

Omelet had very little bit of green chilies, ham and cheese, and the eggs weren't cooked all the way, hash browns tasted old, son in laws cheese burger was rare. And no flavor.

Great tasty food . Biscuits were moist and sweet . Chicken fried steak was yummy . Just great home cooked food ! Trina our server was the sweetest ! So refreshing to have good service and a smiling face . The man at the counter was friendly too . Clean restaurant. We will be back !

Classic diner experience. Food generally very good? And if not, Trina--the owner--will take care of it. Been coming to the spot for years and since Annie's took over, it's the best incarnation yet!

So glad we tried Annie's for lunch. Wait staff was excellent and friendly. Fish fry and French dip was outstanding! Highly recommend this restaurant.
