Our stay at this Quality was great. The hotel is more like an old style motel than a new resort, and the budget pricing reflects that. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The free breakfasts are plentiful. And the bed was more comfortable than many of the high priced resorts we have stayed at. There is some traffic noise from busy Grand Avenue and you can hear the train whistle in the late evening and early morning. But the hotel leaves ear plugs on the bedside table to handle that if it bothers you. We would stay here again.

Stopped for one night to rest during a road trip. We had a comfortable stay. I thought the ear plugs were a kind gesture. I didn’t realize that I would need them until I heard what sounded like really loud drag racing in the middle of the night. Everything in the room was clean except for the floor, which looked like it really needed a good mopping. I was impressed by the continental breakfast, which had more options than I’m used to seeing in a continental breakfast. There was a lady attendant there who also assisted me in finding items and with using the waffle maker. I would stay here again. I recommend asking for a room on the ground floor if you or your travel mates have any difficulties with stairs or knee issues. I forgot to ask when I made my reservation.

Marilyn and Andy were great. So nice and helpful. I enjoyed talking with both of them.

Room 300 needs some maintenance. The shower curtain rod is coming off the wall. In addition when rising from the toilet it makes clunking noises. The floor in the main room has gaps between the tiles, a sign the tiles are slipping. These items were reported to the front desk

The beds were comfortable and the shower has good water pressure.

We stayed at the location near Surprise Arizona. Everything was perfect until I locked myself out of the room. My son had rented the room for me while he visited friends. I had showered and was in my pj's when I went out to get something out of the car when I locked myself out. I figured, no problem, I'll just ask for a key or to be let in, right? Wrong. The front desk lady refused since I was not the one registered. I told her my sons full name and address but his number was in my phone which I obviously didn't have so I couldn't call him. Lady was NO help at all. I sat there until I realized his number was probably on the registration and asked her to call him. She handed me the phone but she refused to talk to him and get permission so he had to have his friend drive him back in the middle of the night to let me in. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. She ruined what may have been a perfect visit. Will not be back to any of your hotels.

No service was needed but I'm confident that they would have obliged anything reasonable. The room was generously sized with a separate couch (might have been a sleeper). Rooms were clean, no fan in the bathroom or not working. It was a nice room for a quality inn, 1 night stayover.

Positive: Excellent staff and a clean and modern motel room. Negative: US Air Force jet aircraft were practicing touch-and-go's until 9pm. Then at 3am and 4am big freight trains roared by (across the street). Which explained why the hotel left two new pairs of earplugs on the bedside table.

OK location, comfortable bed, big screen TV. Rooms open up on outside so not as secure. Bath tub ceiling was falling apart. Good hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy and microwaveable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches though you could not take it to your room to enjoy. Could get quite loud at times with air force base near by and trains as well. Wi-Fi connectivity was poor with slow speeds.
