Overall experiences is nice.
The hotel is clean.
A few things to note for anyone who wants to stay here.

I don’t know about other rooms, but in the room I stayed. There is no fridge and microwave

You can find a microwave downstairs in the breakfast room.
In the lobby, there is a coffee machine , there is no special flavor, except just regular coffee, regular decaf and hot water.

Laundry room is $2 for washing and $2 for drying, you need to prepare your own quarters. You may exchange for them at the front desk, but they might not have enough for you.

There are two restrooms downstairs near the lobby , but there is no sign for it, and is usually locked. They open only during breakfast, as far as I know. I may be wrong though.

This hotel is pet friendly , so At the front desk , there is a jar of dog treats.

Currently as of today (1/3/2025), the second floor is going through renovation, and it looks like it is still early in progress, therefore only the first floor and the third floor are open.
So if you have kids who are typically noisy, you can take the 3rd floor and no need to worry, since there will be no guests below you.

Staffs are friendly , service worker and janitors are friendly.
Overall, I like this hotel.

No garbage can in the bathroom. Fan did not work in bathroom. Body wash bottle was empty. Braces on bed frame stuck out on either side, I thought I might hurt my feet if I got up in the dark. Was awakened the first morning with loud banging from the renovation. Was awakened the second morning with 10 seconds of the fire alarm. No refrigerator in room. No privacy tag on door. That said, room was clean. There were some spots that could use a little TLC. Staff was responsive and friendly. It was fine, but I don’t think I’d stay there again.

This place is a joke right. This is the most basic hotel ever and y'all charged me 164 dollars a night for what? This will be the last time I ever stay at a hotel that says new to IHG. There are no refrigerators or microwaves. One trash can and the bottles of soap in the shower were empty. No cups, coffee maker, or anything in your room. I've seen em give prisoners more. Not only all that, but when entering the building I couldn't get any one of the three employees standing behind the desk to help me with my things. A stranger noticed me struggling and them watching so they came to help me. The next morning the female working does the same thing. Watches me struggle to try and get out the door and does absolutely nothing. I would give this place zero stars if i could. What a joke. I highly do not recommend anyone staying here. The bed was comfy at least. They over charge you for the most basic room.

This is a former Days Inn, and it has that feel. The elevator is slow. It has a low rent feel. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms as I am accustomed to with IHG properties. There was no hair dryer, hangers, extra toilet paper, or body towels in our room when we arrived. Housekeeping provided the towels when requested, but I should NOT have to ask, right? The showerhead faced directly at the wall making showering difficult. The light in the bathroom is not bright enough to see well in the shower, nor is it good lighting to apply makeup. The pillows were oddly lumpy and very flat at the same time. Breakfast was rather sparse and once again not the quality or choices that IHG normally offer. This was the hotel choice for the night before we flew back home because it was the cheapest IHG hotel within an hour of the airport. Lesson learned, pay more, and be more comfortable.

Positive: It was close to our children's home. The beds were very comfortable. Negative: Even-though the hotel was older it needed paining and better cleaning. The bath tub was rusted and there was something black on the ceiling that looked like black mold.

Worst place I have stayed in 10 years, bathroom was dirty. Multiple roof coverings over ?outlets. Safe was locked, could not get staff to unlock the safe. Mattres was comfortable. Thete was loose tile on the floor in the bathroom. Toilet sest was not properly cleaned.

Really nice alternative to the more expensive Holiday Inn Express's everything is new. Talked to the GM he said they will be putting mini fridges in. I stay in IHG properties 300 days a year. Definitely would recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here the staff was so helpful especially Nell she went above and beyond her job duties .They made me feel welcome the second I stepped through there door .They are still doing a little renovation but I didn't hear any pounding or sawing like II thought I would .They also have a new breakfast room and a great filling breakfast every day they have made some great changes to the hotel they also have a gym now .I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family it's like staying in a upper class hotel but without the steep prices .Thank you Nell and your staff also for making my stay awesome .
