Great hotel. Friendly service, good location. Very clean and unusually quiet. 4k tvs in the rooms. First showers in a hotel I can actually stand under without having to slouch. Don't understand the negative reviews. Only criticism is there was no great place to sit in the room, only a desk chair.

From the lobby decorations to the welcoming staff, this was a welcoming and cozy place to stay.
Breakfast options were pretty standard for Hilton. The hot cocoa bar was a fun addition for the holidays.
There’s a restaurant and fast food joint in the parking lot and a QT at the far end of the shopping center.
Location is close to freeway access and several shopping centers in the vicinity.
I would stay again.

The welcoming gift was 2 bottles water, chips and peanuts. The peanuts were stale.
The free breakfast was good with a variety of hot food, as well as fresh fruits to choose from. When I was at the elevator I saw a housekeeping attendant standing there and
I had to “force” her to say good morning. The first time I said “good morning “she actually turned her back to me, so I thought maybe she doesn’t hear well so I stepped in front of her and said “good morning” again, she again turned her back to me, so I did it again and finally she said “good morning” Once the elevator doors opened she pushed her huge cart in, which made me have to wait for the next elevator!
The very same housekeeping lady was at the breakfast bar at the same time I was 8:50 am, she rudely reached over me to grab a chicken patty with her bare fingers even though tongs were right there. All I could think was she came down the elevator at the same time I did when exactly did she stop to wash her hands After cleaning rooms and toilets? EEK! Luckily my breakfast was already on my plate!

Travel a lot for work, so have a normal routine of checking a room over before settling in. Found that the bed was made, but the bedding was never changed. Found food crumbs and lots of body hair in the sheets. Floor also had food crumbs all over, but at least of my concers. Talked to the front desk and was told I'd have to switch rooms since Housekeeping had already left. I was then downgraded from the room I had secured since that was what they had left. I was asked to leave a number so the manager could call me and "make things right" ( I never received a call from anyone at the hotel). I then went up to the new room they gave me. Bedding was indeed clean, but there was dried urine on the toilet seat. It's by far one of the most unsanitary rooms I've come across in a very long time.

My family and I stayed at Tru by Hilton over this past weekend. We had a great stay. Room was clean, free breakfast, we played pool, so fun! The service was awesome, thank you Melissa K and Edgar! 100% recommend.

What are unpleasant experience. First of all we show up and wait almost 5 minutes while the front desk clerk finishes her cigarette outside.
The second thing we learned is that they charge $10 a night for parking, This is Goodyear Arizona!?! The parking charge is hidden, punitive, and only guaranteed to irritate customers. You want $10 more a night, build it into the rate
Lastly the room was small and chiefly appointed. I recommend not booking this establishment under any circumstances.

One of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever had a hotel, wifi was not working, digital key would not work, gym is a joke, no hot tub, rooms are outdated, and it’s right next to the freeway so the rooms are extremely loud. Don’t expect to get much sleep here. One of the worst Hiltons I’ve stayed.

Great location right off the highway. Rooms are super clean and updated. The service was amazing we walked in to get a room for the evening and the service staff was very accommodating. They also serve a morning breakfast eggs bacon sausage coffee!
