I did not experience any problems during my stay here and will recommend this hotel in the future.My stay at this hotel was entirely problem-free. I encountered no issues with the accommodations or services provided. The staff were consistently helpful and courteous throughout my visit. I was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff of this hotel is what sets it apart from the rest. At check-in and every other time I approached the front desk for questions, Mia immediately stopped whatever else she was doing, made eye contact and acknowledged my presence. While that should be the norm, in most cases it simply isn't done like that anymore. ||At breakfast, the hostesses were working hard to make sure everything was kept stocked. I asked the shorter of the two (I didn't catch her name, unfortunately) about the types of muffins in the case. When I asked for banana nut, she brought me a fresh one that she warmed up for me. What a great and welcoming gesture. ||Every staff member that we came across was welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean as well.

The Hampton Inn Goodyear seemed recently renovated, but had some negative aspects. Rooms are smaller than they appear on the website. The bathroom had tiles that were wobbly on the floor. The shower head was coated with calcium and the towels smelled like chlorine. ||Bed was comfortable and the heat/ac worked well, however the TV was lacking a sleep timer. The TV did have Cox Cable so there were lots of choices for entertainment.||Breakfast was poor compared to other Hampton Inns. The breakfast area is huge, but lacked gluten free options and many other options found at other Hamptons. They only had cereal and hard boiled eggs on one massive counter. The staff was pleasant enough when I had to interact with them.

Nice clean rooms, and great service. The staff were friendly and attentive. Great location, two restaurants walking distance from the hotel, and many other options a short drive away. I'll definitely be staying here next time I'm in Goodyear.

Update: still blowing away. I think I heard a guest shout “shut up” from an upper floor window.

I’m here on a 2 day stay with my family for a weekend wedding. Unfortunately, I currently work about 6.5 days a week so getting away is challenging. I even needed to plan some outdoor time and work time into this short trip to get stuff done and recharge.

I decided to do them both together, and sit at a table by the pool for an hour or two, and wouldn’t ya know it…Saturday is landscaping day. I heard the motor from the loud trimmer and it kept getting closer and louder, and closer and louder. After trimming a bush that was about 15 feet from me I realized he was going to head right to my corner where the only table with sunshine was surrounded by bushes. I motioned that I would need another 20 minutes and he reluctantly nodded. He then moved 25 feet away and continued on the rest of bushes around the pool. I definitely was going to get no break during the small window of time I had to enjoy the only outdoor space with a table.

There was also another guest in the pool area and he seemed ok, to be fair. I have earplugs and it was still too intense to remain outside.

Please consider giving guests some space from loud motors if they are catching some rays near the pool. I wish I was here during the rest of the week since he only comes on Saturday’s.

Room was very dusty, air conditioner vents had not been cleaned in a while, the seal inside the fridge was dirty and the room was not vacuumed very well. I would not stay here again. So disappointing!

What a great experience! Check in process was quick and easy. All the hotel staff was friendly and always welcomed you with a hello. Clean rooms, fresh smelling! They had cool to go breakfasts (I had to leave early for work) The pool and jacuzzi were maintained well and clean. Great location, close to the freeway, shops, restaurants and grocery stores!
