TV remote, non functioning for basic control, like turning TV on. Went to front desk was told we needed to push button on side of tv. If you know this ahead of time, how bout a simple heads up. No worries. I won't have to get dressed again to walk to front desk to find this out. Volume toggle didn't function either. Just not what I would expect for $170 a night. BW has been much better for less in many other locations.

This property was perfect. Wonderful employees, room was outstanding, great location - everything was outstanding. The day of my departure my truck would not start and thanks to Rick, the maintenance man, we got it started so that I could head to AutoZone. He was a lifesaver! Everyone at the front desk was friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond. ||You get what you pay for and this property was well worth the little extra I paid when compared to local discount properties.

Nice clean hotel with big rooms. Quiet area. There are restaurants within walking distance. You can park big trucks commercial vehicles behind the hotel in a dirt parking lot. No complaints good place!

What Best Western is doing as a brand has been great for me. I enjoy the rewards program and service provided at multiple locations throughout the year. The prices are very fair for the amenities provided. Some locations cost more than others and I find that they haven’t disappointed yet, especially with the breakfasts.

Definitely showing its age (e.g several light bulbs have CFL bulbs; cracked tiles in bathroom, older TV (but with lots of choices), tub has chips in it. Bed was very soft; you have to be 6’ tall to adjust shower head. The tap on the sink outside of the bathroom leaks if you turn it on full. Lots of space is taken up by a ‘wet bar’. More of a 21/2 star. Can’t recommend unless you have no other choice.

Small motel on the route from Las Vegas towards Joshua Tree National Park. My room was comparatively small. The curtains had to stay closed, otherwise others could look in from outside. The air conditioning was very loud at night. The pool was in the shade in the afternoon, which was pleasant. The breakfast was not exceptional, but sufficient. The team was friendly and professional.

Very old inside. Needed to use stairs for 2nd level. Very Spanish on tv. Local riff raff near area (which was a bit scary). Breakfast seemed unattended. Very difficult to work internet on company machine. Will not be back to this one (mainly due to another hotel very near).

A+ for hard working and friendly staff, AC, bed, TV, wifi, cleanliness.||B for Breakfast.||D+ for coffee. Drinkable, but pretty awful. How is it that BW can't have coffee as good as, say, McDonald's? But, they don't.||C for physical plant. This is a pretty old hotel. Bathrooms are clean but somewhat rode-hard.
