Room far exceeded expectations based on the price point. It was:
- super spacious - sitting area, small dining table, plenty of room.
- very clean.
- functional - kitchenette had mugs, plates, cups, multiple-burner stove top, microwave, minifridge, etc.
- very updated. Decorated well, felt very high-end.
- super comfy and cozy - the bed was SO comfy (memory foam), everything about the room was inviting.
I only got to stay one night, but I would absolutely stay here again.

This place is a hidden gem!!! The rooms exceeded my expectations. The bed was sooo comfortable. Each room has its own table and chairs outside. They have 2 grills you can use and fire pit area!!! It's was very quiet and relaxing. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful getaway this is it!! You cannot beat the price either! We will definitely look for an excuse to come back!!!! (:

Timber Lodge was a fantastic place to stay! The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and exceptionally accommodating. The rooms are clean. The property is pretty and clean. The bed was super comfy! They’re pet friendly 🙂 we brought our pup! The property was quiet which was so nice! They didn’t charge a pet fee by the night, just a small one time fee which was great! We will be staying here every time we visit!

Had some issues with our room being ready, and had to cancel. I thought the young lady who worked there handled the stressful situation gracefully. It seems as though it would be a nice, local place to stay in the pines.

What an amazing place. This is our 2nd year staying at Timber Lodge and it was even better this time. New renovations to the property make it even nicer. Upgraded amenities such as fully stocked kitchenette, microwave, and refrigerator. New memory foam mattress for extra comfort. Hotel staff is so incredible and friendly. Wonderful location in the pines and close to many trails, restaurants, and shopping. Will totally stay here again. Book your next trip to Pinetop and stay at Timber Lodge, you won't regret it.

Arrived 10pm without a reservation. Anita welcomed me, suggested the Jacuzzi Suite and walked me to my room. I was expecting quaint, rustic and dated--I was wrong. Rooms are gorgeous and large, with fridge, microwave, coffee maker/coffee, great wifi and water pressure. The jacuzzi is huge and was a welcome end to a long day on the road.||Anita is a warm, welcoming host and pointed me in the direction of great coffee, a car wash, and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.||I decided to stay a second day, which necessitated a room change. Anita moved me to the room next door (a double), so that was quite easy.||Great location with lots to see and do in the area.||Thanks Anita, it was great meeting you!

This place is our new "go to" motel in Pinetop! Anita at the front desk was very, very nice and accommodating! The rooms are big, nicely furnished; even had a little built in stove top with 2 burners! We enjoyed it so much that we will be back soon! The grounds are decent size with great parking right up to your door. It had been snowing and raining so I will mention some decent size potholes that no one likes, but aside from those, that I'm sure will be fixed, we absolutely loved staying here!

Anita is wonderful.. We ended up staying longer than planned because of a snow storm. We got in early and she had no issues checking us in early. Which was amazing. We stayed here 2 years ago and had such great service we made this our go to place when we are in town.. Anita was the one who helped us then too...Clean rooms, the kitchenettes worked great to make food so we didn't have to eat out. They give you everything you need to cook. You won't regret your stay here.. Thank you guys for being amazing and making our stay so pleasant.. Oh and they offer amazing rates especially for what they give you. It's unbeatable. Stay here instead of a chain hotel and help local families verses big business.. Big thank you for being super and accommodating to us..
