Origins Bed and Breakfast was an incredible place of tranquility. We stayed in the Copper Room, and every amenity was at our fingertips. Jeff and Karen are amazing hosts. If you don’t come for the quiet peacefulness, beautiful grounds, and warm welcome, then at least show up for architecture and engineering of the building they call home. Or show up for one of Karen’s yummy breakfasts - which is just as satisfying. During our stay we made new friends and gained a reverence for Cottonwood in general. What a beautiful space and beautiful experience … this honeymoon moment will live on in our memories forever. Thank you Jeff and Karen for making our stay impeccable. We will be back ♥️

My husband and I recently stayed two nights in the Canyon Room for my birthday. We have been married 54 years and travel a lot and this is the nicest bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in! The architecture is beautiful and state of the art; the decor and furnishings are Southwest, luxurious, and creative. Our room had a waterfall in the shower and one in the large jetted bathtub. The grounds and sculptures are amazing with fountains that attract many birds. There is a cozy fireplace outside with a seating area as well as a chimnea outside with seating. There is also a wonderful, meditative labyrinth outside made of rocks. Breakfasts are delicious, healthy and creative. Karen presents each dish in an artistic way. She also discusses the meal with you ahead of time to make sure you will get exactly what you want. The location of the b and b is excellent; close to Old Town Cottonwood, hiking trails, and restaurants. I recommend Eden!! So there is NOTHING I would improve or change about Origins. This will be a wonderful experience for you and you will want to come back. Jeff and Karen are wonderful hosts, enjoyable to talk with and helpful in every way. Enjoy! we will be back!!

This a wonderful B&B with each room decorated beautifully. Jeff and Karen are gracious hosts with such attention to detail to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfasts are so creative and delicious. I highly recommend Origins to anyone who wants a perfect place to stay.

My wife and I decided to stay here for a quick getaway for our anniversary. This place was awesome! Jeff and Karen put so much attention to detail into everything and were spectacular hosts. They had great recommendations on things to do in Sedona as well. The breakfasts were SO good! The room had everything we needed. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

From the moment my husband and I arrived at Origins and were greeted by Karen and Jeff, we knew it would be a wonderful visit. Origins has lovely grounds, and great views to be enjoyed from a lovely patio and terrace. Before heading up to our room, Karen went over the next morning's special menu for breakfast. We stayed in the Copper Room where we enjoyed excellent accommodations, that exhibited incredible attention to detail. Our breakfast each morning was as beautifully and artfully served as it was delicious. Origins should be a definite MUST on everyone's "go to" list of B & B's!

As every previous review has been written for Origins Bed & Breakfast, we can only repeat the same amazing compliments. From the moment we were greeted & welcomed by Jeff & Karen on our evening arrival, we were shown around their beautiful property & our room. Karen made sure of any menu details for the next morning, & we settled in easily to the most beautiful AZ escape we've ever had, or any B&B anywhere. On a very private edge of Cottonwood above the Verde river, the daylight view of the mountains the next morning & the quiet oasis of their property was beautiful. No details have been overlooked for your comfort, privacy, & enjoyment of what they have created & graciously share with their guests. Any of their rooms are a beautiful choice, & everyone should have a special waterfall shower! You won't want to miss any of Karen's breakfasts & their seamless hosting together. We wish them continued success starting their 5th year to create the special escape we needed! Origins is a MUST STAY for anyone in the Cottonwood/Sedona areas. You will be so glad you did! Jeff and Karen were the ultimate hosts, making us for very welcome and pampered.
The property exudes a high-end southwest motif. The architecture and decor were tastefully done.
The breakfasts were delicious and you definitely did not come away hungry.
While the location was a bit of a challenge to get to, once arrived, the 360 vista was breathtaking.
Can't wait to visit again.

We stayed with Jeff and Karen at Origins Bed and Breakfast last week for our first trip to Sedona. The stay was AMAZING! It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Sedona but still have quick access to all the amenities that we were looking for. The room was amazing (Pueblo Room) and the breakfast every morning was like a 5 star hotel and restaurant. Karen was a master in the kitchen and went over the meal every day to ensure that dietary needs were met (if needed). I can't say enough about how great of a stay that we had and we will definitely be staying there again when we come back into town! Thanks!
