It’s close to a lot of places which makes it a good pick with about 20 minutes but the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors pretty well.

Also the living room was freezing while the bedroom was hot, the party that slept on the couch were freezing and bumping up the heat only made the other room hot so we had to get extra blankets.

Service was mid, we called asking to get more towels and the front desk said that since they were the only one in the office we’d have to walk to them to pick them up. Mind you we were all the way across the lot in building E. Either from that they were nice.

The entire property, staff and amenities were wonderful. Very pleasant stay and reasonably priced. We were there for three nights. Peaceful and tranquil settings. Archie takes really good care of the grounds. Great folks. Kind regards||Thank you.

Most rooms are 1st floor facing the parking lot! Ugh! I specifically requested a 2nd floor facing a view of some sort. I followed up several times and was never informed that this is a time share and it is the luck of the draw who has availability at the time you book which one you get. I would not have taken that chance had I known this. The Room itself was ok, basic but fine at least it had a kitchenette. Pool, hot tub, exterior etc were fine. Location is a 30-60 minute drive from most places, except Cottonwood. It is a reasonable price if you do not care what you look out at it's ok. The last thing I ever want is a 1st floor facing cars, I cannot open my window or sit outside. No privacy with my windows open either. Ask about your location!!

Nice resort close to things, but not too close. It's far enough outside of the nearby town of Cottonwood to see lots of stars at night. The rooms are nice and the furniture is not too outdated. My kids enjoyed the pool and my wife and I enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. My only complaint is that the rooms don't have any convenient places to charge tablets and phones.

The resort was beautiful with a mountain backdrop, hot tub and pool. It was safe and clean and very reasonably priced! Our unit had a kitchen, living area and bedroom. Sedona is an easy drive and Old Cottonwood is right down the road. We had wonderful dinners in Old Cottonwood where we shopped and dined in the fresh air.

Strategicly placed between Sedona and Cottonwood. Easy travel to either town. Clean and comfortable. Relatively quiet for being alongside a highly traveled road (lots of traffic noise). Unfortunately, we spent an entire day without water due to a water main breakage. I'm nicking a star on service because I felt communication around the issue could have been a lot better. As there are many options on places to stay in the area, sometimes it's the smallest things that differentiate. Would I stay here again? I'd consider it. Would it be my first choice? Probably not.

The property is very well kept. There are several amenities including a small gym, pool, and hot tub. The room was very nice. There was a full bathroom, bedroom with closet and TV, kitchenette with full size fridge, stocked with dishes/utensils/cookware, dishwasher, living room area with TV, and a dining table. The property and surrounding streets could use better lighting. The hotel is just a few mins drive from Sedona. You will need a vehicle to see the sites, would not recommend walking. We loved this place and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place if you’re going to Sedona!!! The rooms are beautiful and the staff ( cami) are amazing. We had a family emergency and last minute had to switch dates and she accommodated and even gave me the room I wanted for my anniversary!!! They really care here and made our experience unforgettable.
