Maverick doesn't stand behind their products / sales (per Jackie). I would recommend Craig and Jackie to be retrained and to shop at you local gas station, anywhere except this Maverick, thanks Jackie for not helping at all

The Attendant on duty went above and beyond the call of duty , explaining, even going to pump to make sure I had no problems. I got a little rest ,parked our of way. Restroom was clean and well stocked. Traveling through, be sure to stop .

Gas station was nice, but while in the bathroom, a woman who I am assuming is a manager came in with two other employees and began yelling at an employee who was using the restroom while I was standing in front of them washing my hands. She talked to these employees like they were DOGS. My family and I all heard it and felt so awful for these three women. I almost felt uncomfortable even purchasing anything here because of how horrible she talked down to these employees. Absolutely ridiculous, she should be ashamed of the power trip she was on. There is a fine line between being a good, responsible manger and being a makeshift drill sergeant. Made me and my family super regretful we stopped here and we likely wouldn’t return.

The cashier was super rude and refused to take a valid ID to sell beer to a 22 and 31 year old. don’t worry we went to Safeway and they got our business plus we got two beers for the price of one at Maverick so we lucked out!

i’ve noticed that Pamela would say hello and actually talk to only certain customers… she didn’t say a word to me and couldn’t even verbally tell me the price of my items… she had a very straight face with me, but with certain others, her whole mood changes.

This place is absolutely amazing. You can get an adventure card here from them and earn points very quickly on things like their Bon-Fire food, Energy drinks, fountain sodas and gas prices. The employees are super nice, unless you start being rude to them yourself because they are human and don't have to take any sass from anyone. Bathrooms are always clean, coffee is always fresh and hot and the food is so delicious! I recommend stopping here to everyone!
