I believe I've been going to this location for 4-5 years. The cashiers I've always been great and still are. They are always kind and helpful, but don't know what has happened in the kitchen. It's like they've checked out. They're not keeping on people's orders. Which sucks for us with food allergies. Idk who is in the kitchen, but I don't blame the cashiers at all. Everything I order with instructions are on the ticket it's just not what I received. Plus over the years they've been great. We'll see what happens and if this place is going to be worth going to anymore.

This used to be the best Alfonso’s. It really seems like no one cares at this one anymore. I just went through the drive thru and got a burrito that was completely flattened. The quality seems to be much higher at the other locations these days.

The only thing worth getting here is beans and rice. That I can atleast guarantee will be how it should be. We ordered enchiladas they came with half ahead of lettuce, hardly any sauce and meat for one when there was two and no CHEESE. Not to mention the meat had hunks of tomato in it. This poor place has gone down hill. Will NOT EAT again!!!!

This place is legit, they have good food and are pretty quick when making it. Good everyday mexican food that will not disappoint. The burritos are huge and I would definitely reccomend this place.

I would zero star this place if I could . I guess it went under new ownership ... anyways got a chorizo burrito first off I asked for no cheese and had the biggest chunk of cheese . Not to mention the burrito was not consumable. It was the greasiest thing ever . Was gushing out grease and tortilla was bright orange...

Great local staple of the tri-city area. Always fantastic food and large portions. Getting a little on the pricey side but what isn't these days.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. The last 2 times I’ve gotten rolled tacos with cheese and drove home on my 4minute drive, tacos are cold, cheese not melted at all.
I called to speak to a supervisor and was given a bogus number.

Dangerously inedible food. Beware the chicken burrito. Over boiled chicken to the point of shoe leather, indigestible so it makes one sick. No cheese, onion, cilantro or any vegetables whatsoever. Just dry, indigestible overcooked chicken wrapped in a stale flour tortilla for ten bucks. Such a rip off. Thanks for your contribution toward making Chino Valley AZ a food desert! Shame on you.
