Ashley, our waitress was incredible. Her service was amazing and a fabulous smile. Nino who made our amazing pizza today. We love love, love the crust. It was crispy and not greasy. We really enjoy it. I’m sure Steve the owner is great and a hard-working man who is trying to provide for his family. But under the current world it’s very hard to make a profit. I hope someday, they a give the place a good cleaning and give it a face lift, it is well overdue. I did talk to gentleman and his wife that drove 15 miles today just to get your steak sandwich. They said there’s no other like it in the area.. I’d love to give you a five, maybe next time we can get the community to come in and help give you like a shoe shine, it definitely needs to be polished. Also, please bring in spicy Italian sausage. You want to keep us Italians happy, lol.
I WOULD RECOMMEND

Good pizza, but pretty pricey. But much better than the chains.

Update: I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars because their wings are also great. I haven’t been able to find good wings since moving to Arizona until now.

Fabulous food and friendly, attentive staff. I can hardly wait to come back into town again and try something new on your menu!

Seriously the best thin crust pizza I have ever had, hands-down! And this is in comparison to the great Chicago pizzerias I enjoy so much. The crust was absolutely PERFECT!

The fried mushrooms were also amazing, very flavorful... I wish I'd ordered more to take with me!

Our server was extremely friendly, stayed on top of everything, and even anticipated our needs, bringing us a box for the leftovers before we even had a chance to ask. The food was fresh and arrived more quickly than I would have expected, considering that there were other customers ahead of us. Also, the portions were generous, and we have some leftover slices to enjoy later.

The booths could use some upkeep, but everything else was so absolutely wonderful, I would never hesitate to return.

Keep up the good work, guys! I look forward to our next visit!

Not fancy, but DELICIOUS! When we received our order, we said there was no way we could eat the two LARGE monster pizzas between the 5 of us. But it was so good, we polished off!

We have lived in Chino Valley for over a year now and we finally had a chance to try Aroma’s Pizza. Service was nice & friendly and the restaurant was clean. We ordered their special: large cheese pizza & 20 wings for $35, which is a great deal. We also ordered a medium monster pizza sub pepperoni for olives (I wanted more of a “supreme” style pizza). Pizzas & wings were pipping hot and fresh. They included parmesan cheese and red pepper packets and 2 sides of ranch (I’m assuming for free since we did not order any ranch…. Maybe for the wings?) when I tell you WE REALLY WANTED TO LIKE THIS PLACE, we did. The pizza is boring. The crust is flavorless & the sauce is flavorless. Please know it was cooked perfectly, the textures were great as well but the pizza is boring. We had to add salt to the cheese pizza to bring out some type of flavor. The wings were great, a little too heavy on the sauce but hey, I’d rather have more sauce and scrape some off than little too no sauce. Absolutely no disrespect to this restaurant, it’s been here for years and I’m sure they have a loyal clientele that sware by their flavor, but this is just my opinion. Absolutely give it a try for yourself but unfortunately I think next time maybe we’ll try their pasta dishes and give that a go, but for pizza, we won’t be back.

To first judge a book by its cover, the location and atmosphere is very calm and friendly. The workers make the food right in-front of the restaurant. This design made me feel welcomed and looked like many pizza spots I adored.

My server Chris was polite, knew the menu, and served me with a respectable amount of wait time. I was allowed to pick where I can sit which adds to the laid back nature of the cosy spot right off the main road.

Menu was easy to read, prices were correct, and most of all! Simple… I personally hate restaurants who make it complex to decide to eat. I just want to sit down, point at what I want, and have it served.

I was bummed this place did not offer fries but I was politely recommended other options on the menu. I decided to dine on the fried zucchini to start with a medium cheese pizza. I also requested a little longer cook time on the pizza for a crunchy undercarriage I personally like. Chris did not need a server notebook to correctly get all my items. I did overhear another customer order was messed up. But like any good server would do, Chris gladly made up for his mistake. Providing the correct pizza even when the customer protested it was fine and they would eat it. Really sincere and fixed a mistake we could all easily make. The correct slice came back quickly and with care.

I decided to drink pink lemonade just like how I used to when I would get off from school to get picked up by my family to dine at the local pizza spot. Pink lemonade was vibrant in color, and tasted more refreshing. Not watered down or with too much ice. Perfectly chilled in a Pepsi cup.

The zucchini arrived first with 12 fried decent sized slices of zucchini. Also came with 2 ranches which is appreciated since most people, like me, basically drink ranch with their meal. The appetizer was cooked well, good crunch and the ranch recipe was perfect to combine flavors.

The pizza looked great, I shoulda asked for lite cheese like I normally do but that would be my own fault. Pizza was cut perfectly, allowing ease of grabbing with equal area per slice. Cheese stretched off the hot pie and onto my plate. First bite without ranch was great! Undercarriage of the pizza was crunchy but not burnt. The sauce was a little light for my liking but full of flavor. Cheese was stringy and evenly spread out. The crust had a uniform shape all around the pie and the nice warm red sauce bordered the crust and cheese perfectly. Bite after bite did not disappoint, the pie was cooked evenly all through the pie. Ranch paired well with the slice and my personal favorite part was the crust. Little extra crunch and abundant sauce pile up to finish the slice has always been, and continues to be, my favorite part of a pizza.

I was provided with a respectable amount of napkins and silverware (which I did not use). Some spots try to cut corners by giving you only one or two napkins, or no silver ware at all. Not like this caring location. The restaurant is clean and unlike the childhood spot, the servers did not smell😂.

After moving to Prescott for school, I have been looking for a good pizza spot. Every spot I was recommended and went to could not beat or meet the standard of my hometown food. I can now happily say I have found a pizza place in the tri-city area that can meet my high standards.

To sum up my experience, the people are great and the food’s presentation, flavor, and time from order to plating shows their effort. Prices were fair as normally, a ranch cost 1$ but here it is .75¢. This pricing generally goes along with all items I saw on the menu. Great experience, would need to come back and give an update on other items. Forgive my review as I was too excited to eat and did not take pictures. @EthanHemstreet on Instagram!
