Bit of a late review and will be long with updated information. I stayed here for NYE with my girlfriend to avoid being on the road after being out in the city celebrating. I read all the reviews and knowing this hotel is under renovation, I still gave it a chance. During our stay it's at the end of the renovation, the parking lot was clean and had no machine equipment or debris from what past reviews mentioned, so you are good to stay with no parking issues. This is a beautiful area. The hotel has a large parking lot and I had no problem finding a convenient spot when we arrived for check-in and after returning for the night. Both gentlemen I dealt with at the front desk when I checked in and out with were very friendly. The hotel's exterior was clean and so was the room. It looked freshly painted. The heater worked very well with the 30° weather, so we were toasty. The bed was clean and comfortable and we slept well. No noise from the neighbors and the area was very quiet. The only issue the room had was the bathroom door wouldn't close, but you have privacy since it's around a corner from the main room and the shower handle was broken, but it still stayed in place to turn the water on and the shower had excellent water pressure and there was plenty of hot water for our morning shower. I was concerned about that because of how cold the weather was, but we had no problem getting and keeping hot water. I did notify the day time clerk during check-out about the bathroom door and shower handle and he seemed to be sincere and took it serious to get it fixed, making note of it in front of me and he let me know they still had things like that being handled along with anyone else's concerns on their to do list to finish in their renovation. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and we will continue to stay here for any future stays if we're ever in that city again and need somewhere to stay and I recommend everyone to give them a try.

Owners are amazing! Everyone who works here is amazing. We were treated so well and the rooms were better than expected at this price point. Rooms were clean and beds were cozy.

Got a room me and my daughter for 1 nite. It was Friday so price was inline with everyone else. Room was really clean with microwave and fridge that worked really great. Very convenient cause circle k is right there. Front desk was so polite and very informational. We got in late but he was waiting for me and didn’t even have to call. Lots of channels as well. Casino also very close. I will recommend absolutely. Thank you Rodeway Inn.

Positive: Location Negative: 1 light bulb working in 3 lamps in bedroom. smelly room. extremely worn toilet seat. "See through" towels. 3/4" opening under the front door to let all the odors from the overflowing garbage can under the stairs waft into the room and parking lot odors.

Staff were very nice. Room was disgusting, bathroom door didn't close,tub/ shower was old and disgusting .Chipped paint on ceiling with water damage.
Due to memorial weekend, the price for one night was double, which is a disgrace due to old disgusting room.
Won't stay here again.

Parking lot was a complete mess of dirt and dust, they made no progress towards changing that while I was here for 10 days. Had some unrepaired items in room. Room was very clean and housekeeping was excellent.. no swimming pool .

No ZERO stars…not because of a single experience but around half a dozen.
1. No Military discount.
2. Condescending check-in battle axe.
3. Additional 3rd party hassles/ expense
4. Price listed 75$ I was charged $160.99
5. Construction-zone accommodations. Woke to a front-end loader feet from room.
Cleaning lady was friendly and hard working though. She certainly deserves a raise.
