Nice motel. Nice rooms with all the facilities needed + comfortable bed. It was quiet . Easy walk to Whisky Row and restaurants .
Lady who "greeted " us, wasn't the happiest. We would stay again..

I loved this Motel! I understand it's been remodeled & done So cute with the deep colors.... Owner was so nice & accommodating. I hope to stay here again as it's right downtown & so conveniently located to everything within minutes. The price is perfect for my budget!! Thank you Heritage!

Check in was simple. Lady at the Front desk made sure to reserve me a room downstairs with parking as close as possible per my request as we had equipment with us on this trip. Will definitely stay here again.

Booked a room online for a friend and paid.got an email saying I needed to call to verify payment. Tried to call and pay and the person on phone was hard to understand due to accent, no big deal. When I told her I couldn't understand, she raised voice treated me like a moron, like I didn't understand and said "don't you read"...was super rude raising voice,I asked her to cancel the reservation and she got upset again raising her voice, so I hung up.

1st off if you have over 2 people they charge you 20 per person extra each night your there. This was by far the worst customer service I have EVER had at a hotel. The Lady who I’m assuming owns the place cause she is there 24/7 is very rude. My boys had a baseball tournament in town and she wanted to know why the towels were dirty after they showered? She gave me a hard time getting new clean bath towels cause other ones had dirt on them? My son’s friend came over to hang out at night and she said I have to pay 20 dollars more if he stayed. She must be a stalker to even know a friend was dropped off. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone- in fact I would tell anyone I knew going to Prescott for a weekend to stay away from this hotel! No wonder why the rates were so cheap and open rooms available when all other hotels sold out.

The lady at the desk was very kind and even recommended a great restaurant nearby when I asked. It turned out to be a wonderful place to eat with a super all-you-can-eat salad and taco bar! Now back to the room. It was spotless and newly remodeled. Everything was beautiful! Even the tiled bathroom floor was warm to walk on. It must have been heated under the floor. It was as nice as staying at a top-rated popular motel! The beds were soft and very comfortable - as were the pillows too. It was close to downtown where there was an art festival on the courthouse grounds. We got a great night's sleep! I wish we could find such a wonderful room in every town we stopped at for the same very reasonable price! We stayed at 11 different motels on our vacation and this is the only one I took time to leave a review for because I was so impressed! I wished I would have taken pictures of the inside of the room, but by the time I thought of it, we had the beds messed up and our luggage unpacked. So just took pics of the outside so we could remember where to stay next time we are in Prescott, AZ.

Rooms were clean but the customer service was horrible. Checked out early do to an emergency asked if I would be able to get a refund on the other night since I would not be there anymore. Grace property manager was rude and said that she wouldn’t be able to accommodate my request. She was super unprofessional was yelling at me from across the parking lot in front of another customer. She also had a problem that my kids got dropped off to me at her location. She assumed that they where there the whole night. I tried to explain to her that they were not. She kept talking over me and walking away as I was trying to explain to her. As a customer service representative I would never yell at another customer especially not in front of another customer. I will not be returning to her hotel. Worse experience ever.
