I like to give credit due where it's due. This is a very awesome American Run Mom and Pop run Motel, Inn, Air BnB. Glad that I stopped in here. The Staff are very accommodating, and very polite, and down home. The Owners did a very Educated approach to running a Superb Professional service Oriented business tailored towards the American way. The Bar Staff Darcy/Skylar are above and beyond . Nice, polite and care about the customers that come in here. Thank God for Local owned American run small operated establishments. Owners should be glad and proud of the Staff that they have chosen. Please take care of them as they are the biggest asset that a business can have . The cooks are the most important function of the business. They bust ass day in and day out. Please say thanks to the good Cooks Jordan and Brandon. They are great cooks. I met friends in Chino Valley for dinner and stayed here to avoid driving home over the mountains in the dark. On checking in the hostess and pup greeting me were very friendly. The room was small but very nicely decorated and immaculately clean! There were two water bottles and a bag of microwave popcorn as a welcome gift. The bed was so very comfortable! Soft but supportive, not sagging. The air conditioner was set to very cool which I like however I could not find how to adjust the temp if you needed to do that. There was an outdoor space that was very inviting with large shade trees and comfortable chairs with paved walkways. In the morning they put out coffee to enjoy outdoors. I thought the property was nicely landscaped and the cottage rooms adorable. I would be happy to stay here again.

I recently got married in chino valley and rented out the whole hotel with my bridal party. It was such a special experience to have the hotel to ourselves and to spend that time together. It was made so special also by Peggy at the Primrose. This may be an RV motel but we received 5 star service from Peggy that made our stay so wonderful. From signs she wrote out with our names on them to her checking in with me and asking if I needed anything, she made us feel like family and I knew I didn’t need to worry about anything while we were there because Peggy had our back. I will recommend this place to anyone who will listen because of how much they went out of their way for us. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated and the courtyard was so homey. Thank you Peggy, I won’t forget just how much you did for us on our special day!

My husband, our two dogs and I stayed in the casita for 9 days. It was beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds. The casita is large. The kitchen has lots of counter space. We prepared many of our meals there and used the grill on our private patio. We sat outside the park like patio in front of the fire pit in the evenings. Everything is extremely well maintained and clean at Primrose Inn and Suites. If you’re looking for privacy, cleanliness, and a beautiful outdoor space this is it.|Special thanks to Marie and the rest of the staff for making our stay that much more enjoyable. We loved this boutique hotel.|We will be back!

What a beautiful place to stay at. The property is so beautiful and quaint. It's one of those must stay at inn and suites. The rooms are exceptional beyond what you would expect in a beautiful spot like this. Marie is incredible. She is such a wonderful host to all of us here. She manages the place exceptionally and should be commended for her customer service. |Always available for questions or directions. Cindi is the most incredible person to make sure your room is clean. She goes beyond and is excellent in her work. This is a must stay at location. The beautiful courtyard area is pretty special. Lots of beautiful spots to sit under some humongous old trees shaded well, most of all the day. Pretty lights shine around the trees. One sitting area has a gas fire pit for those cold nights. They have a coffee bar in the area that is open all the time. Choices of coffee choices of teas, hot apple cider or hot chocolate. Your choice. This is a must stay at location. I can't speak enough about how wonderful the staff has been to us. Beautiful! Chino valley has a star location. It truly is a four star rated location. I will be frequently this location a beautiful getaway from the heat in Phoenix!

Loved the staff very informative friendly down to earth. What's stop what they're doing and talk to you and answer your questions. Love the patio with the fire pit the refrigerator with cold water available 24 hours the coffee bar open 24 hours the bathroom out on the patio was large and very clean the rooms were great would recommend to anybody going up to Prescott

It was indeed a pleasure to have stayed at the “Primrose Inn and Suites” in Chino Valley. Our experience was superb, the room was exceptionally clean, decor was very attractive, and we were blessed to have dealt with a receptionist named Marie! She was a delight, very personable and helped us with any questions we had. There is an adorable patio that provides coffee and snacks with ample tables/chairs for visiting with friends/family! There is even a small fire pit if it’s a bit chilly! We would highly recommend this supreme accommodation if you’re in this area!|Xen & Shirley Jones|Brawley, CA
