Decent, clean, spacious, comfortable. The girl at the front desk quoted the price wrong when I booked on the phone, she said it included taxes but did not. Other than that, there were no hiccups to check in aha they do send automated text confirmations. It was our second stay in a few months and we enjoyed it. The breakfast had a good variety. The coffee was good! Our stay was restful. We had issues both times with the TV remote, which can be remedied with a silicone remote cover. But that issue was minor. Check out involves putting your room key in a bowl at the front desk and walking out, although i later went online and officially checked out.

There was a small issue with my room when I checked in but they were very kind about it and took care of it right away. The room has two queen beds and a large extra space. So it's a very Roomy Room. I needed to extend my stay. very kind and accommodating. I needed a space to have a business meeting in, again very kind and accommodating. And the location is right on the main road. Close to shopping, close to Grocery store, close to restaurants. It's older so it has it's issues, but all in all...

The floors in room and bathroom are disgustingly dirty, walking barefoot in room our feet were black/moldy. the toilet didn’t flush well, the fan didn’t work. My sisters bathroom was mold/black hair in shower. ||the view of mountains was beautiful, room good size, location great. |would i stay here again absolutely NOT.

This is the WORST!!!! hotel I've stayed at. The 1st room was dirty, the shower head was filthy with mold, lime build up, the bathroom floors haven't been cleaned in months it was disgusting, the tub was clogged and who stayed before never was cleaned. I asked to be moved to a different room, 2nd room bathroom same condition, phone didn't work, there was only 1 lsrge toeel so i had to track house keeping down to get more, missing light bulb from lamp, drawers broken, windows were dirty. The manager was very rude and short when you tried to get help. 1st morning getting breakfast, there were no folks went to front desk no one was there so I opened a cabinet to find forks in dinning room,manager walks in and very rudely ask me why was I looking in there, not to mention he said no food allowed in the rooms as he lives on property and eats in his room...this plus is dirty manager needs to be replaced and would never stay here again,only positive was the beds were pretty comfortable.

It has been a while since we stayed at this property, and it has really gone downhill since our last visit. I had booked a King room, but was told the only King remaining was ADA and put in a two bed room, After a long day we checked-in and went to our room to find no soap or body wash. A call to the front desk and shampoo was delivered, and the man told us he had no access to supplies (soap) until housekeeping arrived the next day. (no spare items at the front desk) We called the next morning to find out housekeeping doesn't arrive until 0900 - no soap for our morning shower. I called the hotel that afternoon around 4 pm to confirm our room had been serviced, and was assured the "housekeeping team" had left soap in the room. We got home around 8 PM to find one small 1.5" x 1" bar of hard soap in the room. I went to the desk and asked why the body wash wasn't serviced, and he said he would bring some to the room. Another bottle of shampoo was delivered, and we were told they were out of stock on body wash. I guess he couldn't/wouldn't go to a vacant room and get us some - maybe there was none.
The rooms (111 in our case) are large, and the beds comfortable, decorations are non-existent and our AC unit sounded like a hammer-drill when running. The beds are tall, and some might have difficulty getting into bed.
The TV power and volume had to be controlled manually at the TV set, the direct TV remote only did Direct TV functions. I haven't had to get out bed to adjust a TV in decades!
The breakfast area is sparse, not really that clean, with very limited offerings - cereal, hard boiled eggs, waffles, coffee.
There appears to be one person working at the property, he and his family live/hang out in a room near the front desk. The desk wasn't manned when we checked out.
Hard to believe this is a Wyndham property.

I have stayed twice at this location. The walls are paper thin!!! The first time, I was next to someone with a dog that barked an unreasonable amount all night. The second time, the guy in the room next to me had the TV going all night, and he yelled many times, at what I couldn't tell you.. Again, the walls are paper thin. I could hear the man poop and pee and fart and burb and everything else!!! The front desk didn't seem to care much. Coffee in the room is like drinking rotted wood. The ACs are really loud. It's not the cleanest. Beds are comfortable enough as fas as hotel beds go. The only thing going for this place is how easy it is to get to the mine and has a grocery store next door.

My parents travel quite frequently and advised that this was the worst experience they've had in years. They stated the hotel was clean and the property well maintained, however the customer service was beyond terrible. My father stood at the front counter for 15+ minutes after ringing the bell several times only to have someone come out of room 102 (assuming it's a staff room) after he called the hotel main number. It was dark outside, and my mother needed to go outside, but the front doors were locked, when she inquired, she was told go outside through a side door and rudely told there was a "side light" for safety. They asked for an additional pack of coffee for the room and again stood at the front desk for several minutes before a man came out of room 102 again and when she asked for a pack of coffee for her room, he aggressively threw two packs on to the counter. The continental breakfast was basic at best which my parents weren't overly concerned with, but still. The main concern was the lack of hospitality the staff provided. My parents are not "needy", "high maintenance" or rude, they are kind and humble and always patient, but their stay was awful, and they will definitely NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

We arrived in Globe after dark and drove by the place three times before we found it - very poor signage and lighting. The clerk was not at the desk - "Please use the phone on the wall to contact the clerk" - and it took him a few minutes to respond. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The "breakfast" was another story - watered down juice, no coffee - "The machine (a Mr Coffee) broke and it will take a few days to get a replacement". Try the Wal-Mart down the road. Poor selection of cereal and questionable milk. I like a paper receipt and it took the clerk 5 rings to answer the phone and another five minutes to get to the desk.
