Straight forwards service and a clean menu. A very lax, indie, and suburban vibe to the establishment. There is the main wait area and then in the back a hangout/study area that is ample for groups. Low-fi music is the main music. And the coffee is solid. I wouldn't say the best but it's standard.

Great place to study!

Came back with an out of town guest and decided to give Case Study another try. We were greeted immediately, everyone was so kind. Enjoyed my matcha and bagel. Thank you to the owner as well for initially reaching out when I wrote my first review 😊

Came in today at 11:35 am looking forward to trying Case Study for the first time. Not a lot of people, like three ladies in the lobby working on their laptops. Looks great inside.

The woman up front (black top) just ignores you as she makes the drinks (it’s not busy at all). Not a “hello”, not a “welcome in”, not a “I’ll be right with you”.

I stood there uncomfortably while pretending to look at the menu as we are just a few feet apart from each other. Another person comes in after me (a man) and she doesn’t greet him either. Terrible. I just walked out.

Five stars for coffee and experience. Case Study nails it. Located inside a strip mall, the logo on its storefront draws you inside to a beautifully-designed and quirky space.

The baristas are very friendly and clearly are passionate about what they do. You feel their energy in a good way.

The coffee menu is bold and memorable. Never have I ever seen a “Brown Sugar and Sage” latte on the menu. I ordered it and I’m so glad I did. It wasn’t overly sage-y, but just enough to make it pop.

My wife loved her latter and my six-year-old daughter enjoyed the chocolate milk.

Wow! Great new spot. Visiting for the weekend and made it a goal to check out new spots. This is walking distance to where I am staying and I came on around 8am on Monday. Such a great aesthetic and decor, lots of seating, charging outlets.

Awesome staff, standard coffee offerings and interesting seasonal specialties, I went with the cafe olla -something and a ham cheese pinwheel!

Pretty standard pricing but I’ll always happily spend a bit more so support local and have a great experience.
