We were looking for a Mexican-food brunch before leaving Arizona and Gallo Blanco was a delicious choice. Previous reviews were correct - the flapjack was delicious! The huevos rancheros were delicious and the vegetable hash looked great. We took a chance and ordered a side of fresh fruit (you never know what you're going to get) and the fruit was fresh and flavorful (not true many places).

Delish! Cute restaurant, neighborhood vibe, adorable. Really solid tacos, yummy beans and rice and veg. I really liked their guacamole, it had pineapple and was really bright and yummy. Great portion sizes for everything. After a week of conference food and hotel breakfast this place was delicious and wholesome. Fixed me right up.

The purple tortillas were amazing! The beans and rice were so flavorful never had rice with mushrooms and squash and it was so good! The presentation was 10/10 very colorful plates

Stepping into this restaurant felt like walking into a cozy coffeehouse. The dark, intimate atmosphere paired with the open, airy indoor layout set a calm and inviting tone. While we didn’t try the patio, it looked like a great spot to relax, complete with heaters for comfort.

The service was exceptional. We arrived at just the right time on a quiet Saturday afternoon after 3 PM. No crowds, no noise—just a tranquil environment perfect for savoring a great meal.

Now, the food? It was next level! I ordered the Bahn Mi Pork Belly and a Skinny Margarita, while my sister chose the Torta Pork Belly. Let me tell you, the Torta bread alone was an experience. Soft, buttery, and not at all crusty, it was the ideal canvas for the star of the dish: the pork belly. The pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, rich and tender with flavors that soaked effortlessly into the bread. This sandwich wasn’t just food—it was a culinary blessing that made me pause, reflect, and pray for the chef’s anointed hands.

The Bahn Mi was equally incredible. The French bread, whether baked in-house or sourced from a bakery, struck the perfect balance between soft and slightly crusty. No painful stabs to the roof of your mouth here—just a flawless vessel for the pork belly and pickled veggies. The pickled vegetables added a tangy brightness that perfectly balanced the sweetness of the pork belly glaze, while the bread brought it all together. Every bite was harmonious.

As for my Skinny Margarita, it hit just the right note. It was smooth and balanced—strong enough to feel the kick but not overwhelming. It’s the kind of drink you can savor slowly, letting the flavors shine.

Overall, this brunch spot delivered on all fronts: atmosphere, service, and unforgettable food. Whether you’re in the mood for a quiet meal or just need some time to unwind with great flavors, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Pictured: Green tamale served on weekends only and tres leches served daily. Phenomenal food and friendly service. I haven’t had tres leches this good since I lived on top of a mom and pop shop that made these fresh daily in the Bronx. Our waiter on 11/10/24 around 1pm towards the front of the restaurant managed to make my mom and I feel so incredibly welcome despite the Sunday Brunch Hell (I used to waitress, I know). He was excellent at reading when to check in with us while my mom and I were catching up on so much - which I understand can be a difficult balance. Thank you for the wonderful food and accommodating, friendly, and outstanding service while my mom and I chatted for a couple hours.

Great price point, and really easy access! I might be a little bit biased because my friend and I lived in parked close by 🙂

But like I was in the heart of Mexico, with a selection of quality and flavor of the food! The weight staff was incredibly friendly and punctual, and I would certainly go back! If you haven’t been here, I would highly recommend

Stopped here for lunch on a Tuesday. Conveniently discount taco and half price margarita day. Family friendly spot with really nice service staff. Everything was good, particularly the Al pastor tacos. Highly recommend this spot for a great lunch at a reasonable price.

Went during happy hour Friday 3-6, arrived at 5pm, enjoyed $3 street tacos and $5 margaritas!! Meat was well seasoned and tender!! My husband loved the carne asada!! The enchiladas were a hit as well!! Hghly recommend 🙂 Parking available on street and is free. We will be back!!!
