From the moment we walked in and smelled the fresh clean smell until checkout our stay was a pleasant experience. The host was welcoming and seemed pleased to see us. Our room was clan and cool. We slept soundly on our queen size bed. TV, microwave, fridge, hairdryer all worked. Lightning was good. One small detail I appreciated was the night light in the bathroom. No complaints.

Rooms are very clean. Staff was very pleasant.
The beds were comfortable. The AC worked very well. Most hotel ac does not get as cold as you set it. This one worked perfectly.
So Thankful the apple juice was so good a person in our party got more with caused us to be later getting on the elevator. Otherwise we would have been on the elevator when the power went out. The power was out about 25 minutes. Never did hear why the power went out.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Unfortunately they double charged my card and it took two weeks to get sorted out. Next time I'll skip the advance online check in, pretty sure that's why it happened.

Overall an economical, convenient and practical stay. We were double billed for our room. We found the error 4 days later. The front desk said it will take 4-5 days to clear. Also the crock pot for sausage gravy was never turned on and left for cold a breakfast.
The front desk seemed rushed, distracted and impersonal.
I would think twice before staying here again;however, the price and comfort were very competitive.

We were staying at another hotel and our room for Saturday had been canceled due to overbooking. I tried to book a room online and was having issues. I called and Caitlyn, the front desk employee went above and beyond to accommodate my family. When we arrived we were met with the same excellent customer service by Caitlyn. I know it was a busy weekend with travel ball tournaments and a fishing tournament taking place in Albertville, and we still received the best customer service. The hotel was very clean on the inside and we had hot water and excellent shower pressure. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, so I can not give my input on that. However, overall we were very satisfied with the great customer service we received and the overall cleanness of the hotel.

They had cereal with no milk... Bagels no butter no cream cheese just bagels.... They had biscuits and bags they wrap their self no telling how old they were... Some brown old looking gravy in a warmer..... Advertise a hot breakfast..... There was breakfast if you was desperate and didn't want no condiments...., it was just enough there to say it was there... Worst Continental breakfast that was actually there.... Room was very clean... Sad they put so much effort in their everything and didn't care about false advertising breakfast...

Just need to unwind and relax. The setting was wonderful and it was really quiet. Breakfast is provided and there are several restaurants in the area . Staff very friendly as stated before the place was quiet and there was no problems checking in or checking out.

I visited Alabama for the first time for a family gathering. I was recommended to stay in Microtel. It’s convenient with a Waffle House, Buffalo Wild Wings, Whataburger, and plaza near by. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Room was clean and they offer breakfast. They have a pool and free WiFi.
