We’re from out of town and decided to hit up Lola’s for a quick latte and pastry. The hot Matador latte was perfectly balanced with cinnamon and dark Mexican chocolate (including the whip cream!) and the cinnamon roll was a nice addition. I warmed it up for about 30 seconds in the microwave and oh man, lovely texture and perfect amount of icing. It did lack a good amount of cinnamon, much to my dismay, but other than that a solid roll. Sipping on my Matador in between bites was heavenly. Very friendly staff at Lola’s as well. Give them a try!

Definitely a place where you should be quiet because people are reading or working on their laptop. It was such a calm vibe and I see how it can be your daily routine. My chai latte was yummy !

Cozy and warm with a little warmth inside when you bite into the coffee cake…(delicious toasted almonds drizzled on the top)……a cup of tea 🫖 please…*…had to circle the block a couple of times for a parking spot……. other than that it’s a hidden gem 💎

Cool little spot, I ordered a large Matcha and was suggested adding a vanilla sweetener, along with a cinnamon roll warmed up. Very friendly staff and laid back chill environment. Seating inside and outside very tight fit inside but hey it’s a coffee shop.

My sister chose this spot to meet for our very first time in forty years. Though we just had coffee, it was an amazing atmosphere. We're very relaxing and it was a great spot before any occasion.

I picked this stop because I liked the look and feel of the tucked away back patio. I live north of town in the desert so I enjoyed the feel of being in town... listening to the fan whir at the laundromat next door and seeing the tall city buildings in view. I enjoyed the cheese and potato pastry, although a bit dry (as most non-made in house items get). The Matador coffee is one of the best coffees I've had in a while. I think after so many trendy and gimmicky drinks that I've had over time, the Matador was a comfy reminder of why coffee is good.

First time visiting, however I've walked by here many times. Very nice atmosphere, and welcoming staff! The coffee and food were both great! Tried the chorizo breakfast burrito, would recommend it! We sat outside on the patio, it was a very pleasant experience during our winter months around 9am. There is also indoor seating as well, however a little bit noisier pending rush hour times.

Be careful if you have allergies when eating here. They don’t label their products as to whether they have allergens in them or not. As someone who has severe nut allergies, I thought I was safe with a cranberry orange muffin, but there were pecans. When I started to have a reaction I told the barista and her response was, “well, it was next to pastries with nuts.” After I told her and the other girls that it doesn’t matter and if nuts can’t been see in a product they should be labeled, the barista exclaimed in a condescending tone, “sorry, have a nice day!”

Dear manager, owner etc… consider that this is a liability. I had to ask fellow patrons for Benadryl and thankfully, they came through. Had that not had happened, I could be in the ER. This is complete negligence and you could 100% be sued for this. Please take this as a warning because it may not go so well next time. Also, you should probably educate your employees (especially the brunette barista working 2/7/25 @ 8:30 am) on the severity of allergies and maybe give them a lesson on customer service and empathy.
