It’s an airport bar and quick serve cafe… expectations are low, but the staff is amazing. Big shoutout to the bartender, Irvin, who is very attentive, friendly, and good vibes. His level of paying attention to customers exceeds expectations for an airport bar. I visited his bar twice and both times, he was very much on top of his game. Other staff also seemed to be in good energy and well trained. As someone who has worked in hospitality for over 25 years, I very much appreciate people like Irvin. He seems to enjoy his work, and as one of his customers, I seek the benefits. This seems to be a rarity nowadays, so it’s refreshing to have a 5-star service experience at an airport bar.

Food was not bad. Overpriced as expected for an airport. No complaints other than the lack of value.

Was in Phoenix on a layover and was served by Layla B at the bar. We ordered 2 drinks and were going to order empanadas. I ordered beef she said they were out of that kind. No worries I asked her what kinds she did have and she replied "I don't know I can't see them!" She did not offer to find out and was quite rude about it. Then said "so nothing?"
Disappointed and would never recommend or stop at this establishment again. We also work in the food service industry; maybe customer service training is needed for Layla.

I walked by a giant line at Pete's coffee to go to the new Concourse D, grab a cookie and an iced late from Sip, and then walked past the same line that had moved like all of three people. And you know what, Sip's coffee was TASTY, it was rich without being too bitey, the milk came through with creaminess that didn't drown out the roast, the vanilla was just the right sweetness on top of every sip. Oh, and because I'm an adult I had that chocolate chip cookie for breakfast.

But the best thing about Sip is that if you wanted to you could have an empinada and beer while you waited for your plane. What about a cookies and cream muffin? What about an actual view of aircraft doing their thing on the apron? Instead of crowding in line with a bunch of coffee starved sheep queuing for the first fix they say after security, cozy up to the bar, chat with someone, and take your pick of libations and sustenance. I'm definitely looking forward to exploring Sip more my next trip through PHX.

It's an airport. But saw a review of thier mac and cheese topped with pulled pork. The review was right this is great! Iced coffee was a winner also, not bitter or old! Service was outstanding, but if course I didn't arrive during a rush and since the airline has stranded me a couple extra hours due to missed connections I had time to relax!

This was the most delicious iced oatmilk latte I’ve ever had. Much better than Starbucks. Plus their mural is cute.

For $5 scones and $2 salty chocolate chip cookies, you’d expect the owner to invest in properly training the staff - or at least ensure they are informed about the products. Instead, my extremely animated cashier couldn’t provide any details about the preparation of a single item. Instead, he loudly declared that the items weren’t freshly made but delivered, which is not what customers want to hear. To make matters worse, he chose to comp cookies to make up for his lack of knowledge, and it's likely not his place to do so.

As the owner, I’d be appalled.

405pm on Dec 8th... please do better.

We had the empanadas...chicken, spinich with cheese, and dulce de leche. The breading was hard and tasted like it was fresh baked from the grocery freezer box. It was pretty pricy...we bought the three empanadas and a 20 oz beer and it came to over $35. They did throw in two free water cups.
