We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room was perfect—complete with convenient amenities like a coffee maker and mini refrigerator. The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant.

Having a restaurant onsite was a fantastic bonus, and the food did not disappoint. The airport shuttle service was also a major convenience, saving time and stress.

Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent location to the phoenix airport. The hotel also offers a free shuttle every hour which is a very nice convenience. Check in and out were a breeze and the service was quick with no issues. The rooms were nice but the cleaning is a little lacking. We found some cut toe nails on the floor and wrappers left. But other than that, it felt clean. The pillows offer no support.

I purchased a room/parking package and was pleased with the value. The staff greeted me upon arrival and provided me with a great room. The entire facility including my room was clean, well maintained and well lit. I didn't use the restaurant facilities, but they looked great. The airport shuttle was timely and very convenient. I had an, overall, great stay.

Staff were nice but the room was very old and nasty.

Blood stains behind the curtains (picture 1), towel rack was falling apart (picture 2), tub curtain was ripped (picture 3), very thin walls, air conditioner doesn’t work…

Another person also commented about ‘no free breakfast’. I’ve stayed at quite a few Holiday Inns, none of them charge their breakfasts. Decent, free breakfast is what you would associate with the holiday inn brand, but I guess not this one.

Also the shuttle bus driver picked up two people from the airport, took cash from them and dropped them in a parking lot instead of the hotel (?) while I had to wait in the van… just a little odd.

I recently stayed at this hotel near the airport and had an excellent experience. The convenience of being so close to the airport made my travel stress-free, especially with the hotel's reliable shuttle service. Despite the location, the room was quiet, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful details throughout. While it’s not in a central location for sightseeing, it’s perfect for travelers needing easy airport access. Highly recommend for a convenient and comfortable stay!

This is our 2nd stay in the past 6 months and I think the 2nd stay was better than the first. Their remodeling has been completed and everything is gorgeous. If you are looking for a hotel by the Phoenix airport this is it. We dropped our rental car off the night before our return flight so that we didn’t have to do it the day we leave, the hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport the night before and dropped us off the next day with just our luggage, it is very convenient. The hotel has a very good restaurant and bar. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Love this Holiday Inn location!
