Tim was a great host. We felt very welcomed. The room was comfortable. He had a nice variety of snacks, breakfast items, and drinks. The location was perfect, in walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. The pool and hot tub was a nice treat.

Tim runs a wonderful resort and is a thoughtful and attentive host. My room (3) was clean and comfortable and perfect. The kitchen was always clean and food was available for breakfast and snacking throughout the day. The pool and hot tub were great amenities and there were plenty of lounge chairs. There were citrus trees on the side yard you could pick if you wanted fresh fruit. ||||The best part of a small Inn like this is the opportunity to meet other guests. Thanks Tim for creating a welcoming and inclusive place to relax and enjoy life.

I enjoyed my stay at this wonderful property managed by Tim Jones, a most excellent host. My room (3) was comfortable, well appointed, clean, and just right. The door opens onto the patio and pool for easy access. Quiet neighborhood with lots of eateries nearby. A relaxing getaway for much needed rest and downtime.

My partner and I stayed last weekend and had a fantastic time! The owner, Tim, made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. I felt more like a houseguest than someone just renting a room. There are thoughtful little touches all throughout the property and it was spotlessly clean! The property is small enough that you get to interact with the other guests. Every morning my partner and I would have coffee with other guests by the pool. It's in a great location with plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops close by. We've already booked our next stay!

My partner and I are leaving this wonderful abode today after spending six nights. It was just what we needed. We've stayed at several clothing optional gay resorts throughout the United States and abroad. The Arizona Sunburst ranks right up there with the best of them! We arrived in Phoenix at 9:00 am, and the gracious host Tim was more than happy to let us enter the property although it was long before check-in time. The help yourself continental breakfast was plentiful. The shared kitchen where it was available was always spotless. We stayed in room #1. It was spacious, clean, and the double headed shower was so luxurious. It had a poolview that was so inviting. All the other guests were so friendly. No stuck up queens here! The host Tim was so charming. He gave us a quick tour of the place when we first entered and was always available if we had any questions. Each restaurant he recommended was better than the one before! My diet starts tomorrow! We brought our own beer and wine and just spent our days lazig by the pool. It doesn't get any better than this, Folks!!!

Our first stay at the Sunburst and what a wonderful experience. The place is what we wanted – quiet, intimate, excellent location, all the amenities you would need plus more. Room was perfect and those towels -- super soft! And although we were there right at the start of winter – the patio/pool area was perfect to lounge around. Highlight, we must say, was Tim. He becomes your friend in addition to being a harbinger of local knowledge, gay tour guide, connoisseur of fine food, and inn-keeper extraordinaire. We’ll be coming back. Rusty and Jamie

My husband I stayed here for two nights. We live in the area but wanted a little getaway. We had such a good time. The owner Tim is a super nice guy. He made us feel right at home. We enjoyed chatting with the other guests at the property as well. We actually had a tree fall on our car after a storm. We noticed it in the morning. Tim had a guy out there to haul the tree away ASAP. I was constantly impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend this place.
