We have stayed at several Hampton Inns over the past 2 years. The staff here is friendly, and the location is great. However, the facility housekeeping was less impressive. The room was clean, but the stairwells were dirty and we're not vacuumed during the 2 days we were there despite significant dirt on the carpet. We asked for an extra blanket (9 pm), but the desk advised that the laundry was not completed and no vlean blankets were available.

We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was not serviced once. The refrigerator did not work and they were unable to get it fixed during our stay. When we booked we were not told we would be charged for parking. The pet fee is $25 per night. The room at least was clean and spacious. The pet area is large and decently cared for.

Actually, this property was the second worst Hampton Inn i've ever stayed at, the worst being in Mississippi
Understanding that Hampton Inn are pretty good in general, so there are definitely worse hotels out there.
You can easily tell in this particular location they are doing everything to cut costs. Hamptons always have coffee and hot water urns in the lobby, most of the time they were cold. The Breakfast lady definitely tried her best and it showed, so thank you to her.
The biggest problem is a hospital next-door and between the ambulances and helicopters It's a very noisy location. My upstairs neighbor must have must have used ski boot as slippers, and that didn't help.
Another factor I found that most of the employees have only been there a short time, most under a year ... that's not a good sign.
The nearby Embassy Suites is definitely my preference.

The rooms were large and had a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, and large tv. Room was clean and bathroom was well stocked. The AC and heater worked perfect. Breakfast was delicious and hot.

I’m a Hilton honors member
No complimentary water or anything
Toilet or room not handicap as advertised that’s why I chose this hotel🤬
No ice bucket 🤬
Front desk bad attitude 🤬
Only two outlets😡
Charge $10 for parking in a practically empty lot🤬
Past experience in other Hampton was superior
Room smells bad 😡
Complementary breakfast was cold and horrible 🤬
Fitness center was out of order and a joke
I’d never stay or recommend this place. Charge too much
Would not offer me anything type of discount or free parking due to false advertising

This hotel's staff is undoubtedly rude. I booked one night woke up the next morning and around noon booked another night. Done this many a time, time got away from me while i worked at the desk. Around 4pm a cleaning staff knocked and tried to enter the room. I explained to her that i had rebooked the room and that, if needed, i can go up to the front des and recheck in! She said ok and said she'd talk to the front desk.

around 30 mins to an hr went by and the workers at the front desk banged on the door. I went to answer it after i put on clothes and they said we had to come up to the front and check in within two minutes due to a high balance or they'd call the police.....quite an escalation. Mind you, we hadnt had our room phone ring not once and this is the first we are hearing from the front desk. I agreed to go to the front desk, please note i complied with everything asked of me from the moment they arrived.

I go up to the front desk and i tried to talk to the man at the register but Anahi cut me off and said "we are assisting another guest right now" . I want to be very clear her demeanor was beyond rude the entire time. the way she snapped caused the man behind her and the guest in front of her that SHE was assisting to side eye me due to her tone.

I explained i had booked and paid and that i was just unsure of what i had done wrong. no one had told me to go to the front desk AT ALL before she came down. I have had no problem robooking this way at different hotels under the hilton umbrella, usually they'll give us a call on the phone and we would either agree from the room or be asked to come down and just swipe the card again.

she spent the entire time being very curt and rude to me. when i mentioned she replied to me "this is how i talk to everyone sorry if u feel some type of way about it"(which is not professional at all nor is it even how you would talk to anyone...professional setting or not.) only to change her entire demeanor when a new guest walked in. She told us we had 10 mins to pack up and leave or shed call the cops. The entire time she was raving about the high balance on the account that was unpaid....it was 27 dollars all due to snack/ toiletry purchases. (4 ppl in the hotel room) Which was paid immediately when she told us.

27 is not a high balance. Most hotels charge 50-100 this hotel charged 25. to repeatedly and very loudly announce we have a urgent HIGH BALANCE when its less than thirty dollars is for a lack of a better phrase....doing too much.

I had to call the third party company i booked through and petition them for a refund which could not be processed due to anahi being unable to print a letterhead confirming that we were denied service, she also refused to state assuredly that we'd receive the document we need to get our money back after we were denied service for legitimately no reason. When done with the phone call to the service she promptly exclaimed that. "it had been more than 10 minutes and we need to leave immediately or [she] would be forced to call the police."

I don't see how any of this treatment is warranted or even remotely acceptable.

When a complaint was filed through the line on the phone to open an investigation the lady on the phone said that the reason that she was given was "guest refused to come to the front desk to checkin/out"

which as you can see....is BLATANTLY FALSE!

i believe there is a racial component as i am a black person and i do hate pulling the racism card but during our call with the third party as we stood at the front desk on hold Anahi removed the ENTIRE money drawer (that has a standard industrial lock on it) gave us a look and slammed the door and put up and "away" sign until more ppl came in to check in.

This entire experience has left me hurt, dehumanized and overall extremely dissatisfied, as regardless of her motives you should never treat customers like this even if this is "how you talk to everyone". its rude and unwelcoming, at the very least.

Kylie and Sierra were very helpful in adjusting my reservation for my husband's unpredictable stay in the hospital. Having the hotel right across the street was such a comfort to me and so convenient.

Great location and friendly staff. Room and breakfast are what you would expect. The walls between rooms are thin. I could hear conversations and was awakened at 5am from someone snoring in the next room
