Seriously best park and stay deal for Phoenix airport. Once you get the hang of it, its a breeze. Hotel is so close to Sky Train, very easy to navigate, can even use shuttle that runs on time and early in the morning. Rooms are typical hotel rooms, comfortable, safe. Service is exceptional here. Every employee has been polite and professional. The parking garage is convenient and safe. Driving from Flagstaff, its so nice to stay here either before or after a trip instead of hauling back up into the mountains in one day

I've been an IHG member for awhile. I always appreciate the value and the consistency in room quality and cleanliness. This stay helped us to rest for an early morning flight. The hotel is close to the airport, so it only took a few minutes to return the rental car and continue our journey. Although we got vouchers for the free breakfast, we decided to leave a little earlier. Highly recommend this property!

Overall fine. Staff was quite pleasant.|Bed maybe a little soft. Water in the room would’ve been nice.|TV selections were a shrug.|Shower head was AMAZING. The bathroom, as a whole was fantastic.|The overall setup of the room was comfortable & welcoming. Work space. Fridge. Comfy char/ottoman.

Convenient check-in and parking, friendly, and efficient staff and the drinks and food at the bar were delicious. Room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Was able to get a good nights rest before a long flight out in the early morning. Check out team and shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. Everything was so convenient for flying early the next morning.

Choose another property! Employees need to treat customers with respect and should never take a person’s personal electronics to the back room. I also believe I should be treated with the same respect when booking through a third party as if I’d booked directly. Also, no one should tell another member of our party, who checked out later after us, that our credit card was declined and that the hotel went ahead and charged our room to their room when it was a total lie. Both rooms went through our card and we even had a print out proving it when we checked out a couple of hours before them! First time and last at a Crown Plaza!!!!

After a long day of flight cancellations, I was quickly shuttled to the Crowne Plaza. The shuttle drivers were friendly and polite. The hotel staff was kind and professional. The dinner was top notch and delicious. I felt safe and secure staying at this beautiful property.

Pro: Close to airport. Air conditioning worked.
Cons: Would not allow late checkout, even though I contacted them ahead of time and had it in writing from a manager. I also stayed 1 night roughly 18 months ago. Room was mid. Since my stay, they have sent me endless surveys and text messages and no matter how many times I unsubscribe or send "STOP" replies, I still get them. I even did a survey to make them go away, but no, still get at least one message every 3 months - and for that reason alone, they suck.

Did an early check in and I was lucky to to get a room. Service was A++. Upon checking in, the room was dirty and dusty and a little musty...for a crown plaza room i thought itd be a little cleaner. We cleaned it up ourselves but I got major allergies from the space.

The hotel overall is quite nice but the surrounding area seems like it might be unsafe to walk.
