I have to read the reviews, I was kind of skeptical about staying here. However, my stay here was quite nice. I don't need many services, like my room cleaned. I felt like I was solely responsible for, considering, I don't need anybody in my room snooping around. They may not serve complimentary breakfast, but they do serve complimentary coffee, in your room, to be made by you. Although the air conditioner is set by a timer, It does cool down pretty quickly. By the time you use the restroom, take your shoes off, take your bed down, and lay down. The room was cooled down significantly within a 5 to 10 minute window. No complaints here.

I stayed here for 12 nights on a business trip in Oct. The rooms were nice and there were plenty of amenities. My biggest gripe with this location is the limited parking options. I was told upon arrival that I could either pay 30$ a day +5$ for every time i leave, or I could pay 43$ a day for valet service to which you have to wait up to 15 minutes for them to fetch your car for you. You would think for a higher end hotel they would cover the cost of the parking. Luckily for me, the company i work for covered the parking. The whole valet service isn't a luxury it is an inconvenience even if I didn't have to pay for it.

Take it or leave it, Courtyard Downtown is a great location for walking to Suns or D-backs games, but just so-so as a venue. One saving grace is the amazing bar on the 4th floor. Other than that, you'd benefit from looking a little further for better value.

Small rooms, terrible housekeeping, AC with motion sensor ensures the room gets alternately hot and cold all night. Overpriced but understandably in an expensive area. We arrived Saturday and didn't have housekeeping until Tuesday, despite going every day to the front desk to tell them to please come and service the room. We instructed them on day one to put us on the "daily housekeeping" schedule since it defaults to every other day. Still nothing. Terrible stay and will choose anywhere else next time I'm in Phoenix.

Great stay! The property was lovely, clean, and the room was afforbable for the area. The service was outstanding! The hotel was within walking distance to a grocery store AND our destination (The Footprint Center). All around awesome visit.

AMAZING STAFF! The front desk was super helpful and personalized my experience. The room was clean and the food from the hotel restaurant was surprisingly decent. If you have the chance to dine-in, the vibe was very chic and fun.

However, there is NO PARKING on site unless you’d like to pay 45$ a day for the valet. Otherwise, there is a parking lot across the street which was a real pain since you had to pay 12 hours at a time (also expensive). Because I refused to pay the valet, I parked across the street and was watched and followed by a man who had been hiding behind something in an alley. I was able to get to the hotel before the man could catch up to me, but I was too shaken to go back out and attend the other activities I had planned.

If you are with a group of people, this is a great option, however, as a single woman? I unfortunately would not travel alone here again because of the location.

Stopped in here to spend the night when we were in town for a concert. The place was literally steps from the footprint center which is where our concert was. So if you're seeing a show at the footprint center this is a great location as it is a very easy walk from here to the venue and back. The rooms were clean and quiet, especially considering it's downtown location. I was only here for one night so I didn't use things like the gym or the pool, but I did take advantage of their well stacked on-site convenience store which I found extremely handy. I am considering other events in the area and would happily stay here again. I would suggest that it's convenient. Downtown location would also make it a great spot if you were in town for business. So this would be well worth considering as a great choice for a place to stay.

Really great downtown hotel. All the amenities, great location, literally directly beside the footprint center. Valet parking is steep at $43/day.
There is a top tier cocktail bar located on the 4th floor.
Great hotel for downtown events.
