This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. Easy check-in effort with friendly staff. Room was clean and well-maintained.The experience at this establishment surpassed all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with an amazing atmosphere and warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. The service was top-notch, with every detail carefully attended to. The food was simply outstanding, with each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. Every bite was a delight to the senses! The professionalism displayed by the entire team was commendable, making our visit truly enjoyable. Without a doubt, we will be returning again and again, and we can't wait to bring the rest of our family along to share in the experience. This place has earned our highest recommendation, and we can't wait to come back for more unforgettable moments.

BRUTAL SERVICE. We made a reservation 2 weeks before arrival and prepaid deposit as we would arrive just after midnight due to a late flight. They put us in a room without a working TV and refused to move us. The coffee maker didn’t work. The bed was like plywood. There was almost no parking available. We asked for a manager to contact us and was told that would happen - never did. We asked for a partial refund or credit for next stay. Would provide one. Breakfast was very sub-par.

Never a bad experience. High caliber employees who are competent and friendly. Remodeled rooms and pool made it even better. Room rates are affordable so staying a few days won’t break the bank.

After a frustrating day traveling, my brief one-night stay was an absolute pleasure, largely thanks to Elora and Vivian at the front desk. Vivian checked me in and set up transportation to the hotel with kindness and efficiency. Elora assisted me with answering questions and managing my shuttle experience to the airport and was likewise outstanding.
This was some outstanding customer service from Elora and Vivian and they made my stay a positive and pleasant one. Thank you!

Pros: Service, Price, Ceiling height (3rd floor), cleanliness.
Cons: Noise ( some airplane noise and Hallway noise). Breakfast (not much variety and the one thing I wanted, pancakes, was unavailable because the machine was broken). General wear. Slight Cigarette Smell in Hallway.

The service makes it. I was exhausted and needed a place to crash for the night. After a long day, I just booked the first hotel with good reviews near me, the Country Inn by Raddison. The service I received was EXEMPLARY. On check in, the front desk lady was so kind and had wonderful banter. The room was nice. There were obviously signs of wear and tear ( furniture had chips/ cracks, drawers being hard to open) but for the price, that can be excused in my mind. The room was clean and the view was nice. The hallways did smell mildly of cigarettes, but again, I excused that for the price and there was no smell in the room. Just pretend you’re in Europe lol. On check out the next day, a different front desk worker has incredible service again. Kind, friendly banter and genuinely listened to my feedback. If you want a budget place to stay that gives excellent value for the price, look no further.

1. Reserved as Choice Gold member. Corresponded with hotel staff several times to confirm shuttle from PHX. Called upon arrival only to be told there was a problem and no LYFT service.||2. Outside looked nice at 11pm. Inside looked sad. Checked in identifying myself as Gold. Nice I guess, unlike competitors with status, no welcome gift of water…food machines in lobby were posted as out of order. clerk advised I was eligible for room upgrade, but none of upgrade rooms had operating TVs. WTF?||3. Very quiet for location near airport.||4. Room was spartan, thinnest towels and toilet paper I have found in any US hotel. ||5. Breakfast buffet was unappetizing.||Other than that, how was the play Mrs. Lincoln? Radisson should be embarrassed to have their name associated with Comfort Inn. I won’t be back.

Avoid This Place – Terrible Experience!||||I am honestly shocked and appalled by my stay at this place. The entire experience was awful, and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially if you have children.||||The floors were so dirty that I had to use their towels to wipe up after my kids came back from the pool – and the towels turned black from the filth. It was disgusting. To make matters worse, I found a cockroach in one of the pool towels! When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the employee's response was a rude, "What do you want me to do?" I asked to speak to the manager, but of course, he wasn't available until the next morning.||||I have three children, including a newborn, and I was doing my best to stay calm and not make a scene. But the lack of cleanliness and horrible customer service made it impossible to ignore. If you're looking for a place that values hygiene and customer satisfaction, look anywhere else.||||This was a truly disappointing experience, and I will never return.||||Front desk manager Ismael Patino should take customer service courses he was so unprofessional.

Avoid at all cost! The service Is deplorable. There was no television working in my room when I checked in. They told me the cable was out And that it was out of their control. They did nothing for me and the general
Manager was rude. They informed me that I had already gotten a good rate on the room so I should be happy with that. Just horrific people skills and service.
