Listen listen listen ok all I'm saying is the staff and guards are 100% respectful and helpful and when I stayed there they answered all my questions and always greeted me with a smile!!! Never once was I treated poorly and I would highly recommend living at these apartments based on the experience I had with all the staff that I came in contact with.

Toured the community and the service was amazing! I felt welcomed by the leasing staff and they answered all my questions. The residents I ran into during my tour were friendly. The community is quiet and has security which is a HUGE plus. The studios are on the smaller side, but for the price, which includes all utilities is hard to beat.

I have lived here about 3 and a half years. I'll have more to say later about the staff but as far as saying that this place has bed bugs?!?! First of all, the "place" does not have bed bugs, the people who bring it in, have bed bugs. I've never seen bed bugs and I live all the in back. The apartments are very reasonably priced and I have PLENTY of ventilation. This place is safe quiet and I have great neighbors. The pool is like a Hollywood movie location for Vegas and has been open for a long time. It's right on 2 major bus lines and the light rail is a block away, shopping is everywhere which way you go and yes....they are felon friendly because I'm a felon. I love it here and I'll probably never move. This place has been good to me. And I've never seen Gary in a bad mood yet.

I thought Mrs Valerie was very nice and kind with regards to my situation and was encouraging me to work with the tennents in group settings.
I was looking forward to the fitness room and swimming in the pool unfortunately the new owners and I could not come to terms of an agreement for some are just unwilling to allow me to escape the wrong choices of my past.
No matter what
God loves all of us and sees the good in all of us despite our surly past.

It's a good place they helped me out when I needed a place to call they have always helped me ,the washers and dryers could be fixed more often , people w cats need to dump there cat litter in the trash not on the ground.other then that I loved it stores are close by too.

Easy access each direction when take off and on entrance , needs repairs on balcony level , too high rent , property from 1973 , also security by the gate .

The laundry facility needs to be updated. This is an apartment complex, and all the washer machines and dryers are broken; it just shows carelessness and abandonment towards your residents.
