We stayed this weekend for my husband's birthday weekend and it didn't disappoint. Moses checked us in and had the best personality and checked us in with ease. The hotel is very nice and clean, as was the room. We got a suite and it was perfect with a living space separate from the bedroom. There is a very nice complimentary breakfast and a hotel bar. The bartender took excellent care of us as well. It is located close enough to downtown so nightlife is easily and quickly accessible but out of the way enough that you aren't in the middle of it all. We also really enjoyed the indoor pool. This will definitely be our go to for staycations in the future!

The room was great, clean and well maintained. The restaurant/bar was amazing. Howie was fun and energetic great convo, Audrey was personable and fast to serve and chat. Just experience I've had at a hotel restaurant/bar in a long time.

I stayed a lot of Hilton properties and this is exceptionally nice even though it definitely is vintage and could use a little bit more remodeling. reminds me of the hotel in the Mel Brooks movie High Anxiety, 1977. if you're under 40, you probably don't know that movie 🙂
Anyhow, the rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious. The breakfast is one of the best of any of the Hilton's. I've been in.

We visited friends in Phoenix and had a great stay at this hotel with my family (2 adults, preschooler, and toddler). The stay was off to a great start when we arrived at 12:45 after a long flight and were given a room right away (check-in is at 3). The service was excellent throughout the stay, and Mozes especially was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The kids loved the pool. We loved the free breakfast and the location near the lightrail (train). We had an easy time navigating the lightrail and meeting up with friends. We would definitely stay here again!

Great experience in a clean friendly hotel. It was located well for our travels and the 10th floor room was a nice treat for sunsets. I'm torn on 5 stars for the room because the AC was so insanely good and it was spacious and clean, but a fair amount of the charging ports/plugs on lamps etc. were totally broken leaving limited plug options without moving furniture. Everything else ranged from fine to great. If you're made uncomfortable with heights I'd suggest asking for a lower room as the atrium and corner sections are 11 stories tall.

When I first checked in the service was great, but I didn't get my extra water bottles for being a Hilton Honors Member. Then when I checked in maintenance was banging on my door when I didn't call them saying there was a clog in my sink, but there wasn't.

When I came back to my room a little later after visiting the city, I found stains everywhere (the bed sheets, the ceiling, the tub, the walls, the towels, the carpet, the shower curtain), pieces of hair stuck all over the ceiling, and a strange smell.

The one thing I look forward to at Embassy was the breakfast and it was terrible. The omelet tasted like plastic and the uncooked veggies just thrown inside was disappointing. The pancakes were hard. The best thing was the toast and oatmeal, which is pretty sad considering the omelets are cooked to order.

My whole stay was disappointing to say the least.

This is a decent place to stay for work. The included breakfast and reception with free drinks were nice. My biggest complaint is with the cleanliness of the bathrooms (specifically the tub). They need to be scrubbed because there was dirt in there still from the previous guest.

Hotel was a bit outdated and you could tell they tried to fix it up. Pool was small and no jacuzzi, all of this was no big deal. The problem was the staff at breakfast, day after Thanksgiving breakfast ended at 9:00. Went down at 8:30 and it was packed most guest did not know this info. Insdead of being patient with the guest staff in the breakfast area were rude, they started closing the door to the breakfast area at 8:50 and people were rushing around pushing the door open. This could of caused someone to get hurt, the worst part was the lady was yelling at guest telling them breakfast closes at 9 telling them it's not my fault you woke up late next time wake up early. Very rude to treat guest that way I am sorry I know jobs can be stressful but no excuse to treat anyone that way!
We go to Phoenix a couple times a year and will definitely not stay here anymore, I suggest if you are looking for a great place to stay with happy hour and breakfast stay at the Drury they always treat guest with respect. Don't stay here i told they staff at the front desk about the incident and they did nothing about it just said I will tell my manager she didn't even apologize.
