It’s the worst check-in experience. No way to get access to get in. It’s not a hotel they are apartments. The process is so complicated, and they don't give proper directions on how to check to ur room. Had to ask someone to help us out. Thankfully, the couple helped us out and walked us to the key vault. The refrigerator is dirty inside and out. The couch could of used a nice clean and vacuum all the hair off. The pillows on the couches had stains.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Terrible experience. Room under my bfs name incase they try to say they don’t see a reservation with my name. The check in is ridiculous we didn’t receive a code. Came around 4pm couldn’t find anyone for help. Tried contacting booking.com the chat wasn’t working finally I replied to the text after an hour.
In addition if you have a car you will end up paying close to 30- 60 usd a day if you are going in and out as every 4 hours is $14 it adds up. No In and out privileges! Obviously if you are visiting you want to go out and explore. Definitely avoid if have a car! Hotel with parking is way better option!

It’ the worst check in experience in my whole life. It’s not a hotel but a bunch of apartments. The process is so complicated and nobody answers the phone. Then you have to fill a ridiculously long form. The entrance is through a parking. Next time I’ll pick the Hampton Inn next door. I lost almost an hour of my life after a 5 hour flight

Their check in process is ridiculously inconvenient for no reason.

They apparently have no in person staff and so everything is done virtually through through the cheapest and most inefficient systems.

Prepare to be required to send in a passport via a scanner that doesn’t work and makes you fiddle with it until you want to chuck your phone at a wall, to send a selfie (which again is dumb because no one is even there to verify if the photo matches the I.D), a security deposit system that apparently doesn’t take foreign card (foreign being Canadian smh), and several forms to register for different things.

Just save yourself the headache and stick with a regular hotel or another location that has a front desk service.

This was so unnecessarily complicated and wildly inconvenient.

Overall very nice stay. Roomy and clean space. Lots of area food options. Definitely will stay here again. Two areas where you could improve. First, the arrival instructions if you're parking a car do not reference that the entrance/key box is on the 3rd floor. That would've been helpful knowledge. Secondly, upgrade your coffee options. The coffee tasted terrible, but if it was worth drinking, there wasn't enough. There were 3 regular and 3 vanilla flavored pods. Vanilla was not an option and since my wife & I were staying 2 nights, the remaining 3 pods weren't enough for 2 days. Maybe a somewhat larger variety of pods to choose from would be better. Other than the web site info and the coffee, we were very happy with our stay...

This experience was great with one big exception. The rooms on the north side of the building are across from a bar/restaurant that played loud music until after midnight on both nights we stayed there. Locale provides good quality white noise machines in the bedrooms, but that wasn't enough to drown out the music. One night it was a live band, the next night it was a DJ. Otherwise this is a fantastic place to stay if you can handle a few weird check-in procedures with codes and electronic key boxes. One other disappointment was that Locale charged me $30 per day for parking. Upon arrival, I realized that locale uses a public parking ramp that only charges $15 per 24 hours, so that felt like a rip-off. The apartment had so many amenities compared to a hotel: full kitchen, tons of towels, washer/dryer! The pool and hot tub were nice. The building is a new build and that means it's in great condition and feels much cleaner than any other place we've stayed. Both times I needed assistance I got it immediately via text and phone. I would definitely go back if they can promise a room that doesn't face the music.

Our stay at Locale was great! We got a 2-bedroom apartment. It was clean and well built.

We had one minor issue during our stay (curtain rod detached on one end), and the Locale support team was extremely helpful and they more than made up for it.

It was a very pleasant stay. The support team replied immediately to our texts and made it so easy for us to enjoy our time in Phoenix.

This place is a rip off!! It's not worth the money. There are stains all over the wall. Half cleaned and tables not wiped down well. Very disappointing and there's no one here on sight!!! There's no one to bring you towels, it's horrible.
