Positive: The breakfast was great and the room was clean Negative: The doors slam loud all night long and you get woken up constantly due to this. Cars are racing by all night also making it very difficult to get any good sleep at all. If you are there to party all night and not get much sleep, then perfect.

The rooms smell, they will change it, but the chairs have in there has an odor the rooms are not clean. The bed is comfortable. The sheets look clean. I give this maybe a 2 or 3. If you're not looking to spend money, you also have to pay for parking, it's not free.

Everything was great, The breakfast, the room we stayed in. I have a minor problem about the policy. I thought I grabbed my card key before i left to get breakfast. I've noticed it wasn't in my pocket when I headed back to my room. I went to the front desk and asked if I could get another card key but the lady told me I needed my state i.d but everything was in my room. I did not want to disturb my boyfriend while he slept. I asked if she could open the door for me but she said she couldn't.... 🙄 like be foreal, if I were by myself, would she still not let me enter my room ? Other hotels would look up my name on the computer, no problem and find a solution for me. Anyways, I went back and started knocking the door hard because he's a heavy sleeper. I hate to think i was disturbing my neighbors around me as well. but she couldn't help me.

Very nice with some friendly staff. We really recommend this place and the pool we had a lot of fun...bed was so comfy and breakfast was really good. Nice view from the room weather was awesome Thank You were definitely coming back on our next visit here in Phoenix Az

I stated there for a week out of town for my company their fiaild to inform us that they charge $22.26 cents for parking do not only did they charge 141.8w cents for parking while I'm there . They had the money to cover park on hold on my card but the second I checked out they charged and card the full amount for parking and I still have not got my money back they have had in limbo for a week and continue getting a run around I would never stay at a beat western again in my life and my company that has people traveling constantl for work so they already said they will never use that company again period if I don't receive my money for work that they still have on long I have neverstayed at q hotel that charges swivelling 23 dollars a day to park in a. Lot of hotel especially since I wasn't told during check-in it's hidden in the paperwork so don't ever stay in their hotel they scam you out of any money they can get

You know, previous experiences were favorable. I come back for the convenience of the city and familiarity. Though, this past time has made me reconsider my involvement with Best Western altogether. Pay more and stay somewhere, unless you have ROACHES the size of Maine crawling all over you at night!
Staff helped me move rooms that night, but get this, "You can move but you will find another one in that new room." An obvious problem they're unwilling or unable to fix as it's too far gone.
