My husband and I stayed for two nights this past weekend, and I found it very satisfying compared to other hotels in the area. I noticed that there are a few reviews regarding parking, and I do want to say that the surrounding hotels in the area charge basically the same price! The complimentary breakfast was delightful, housekeeping was on point, and the front desk staff was delightful. Casey was so helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable and special. Very hospitable. Would 10/10 recommend!

The valet was not able to drive a stick-shift, but the hotel refunded the valet fee. Not an issue for most people.

The location was fine, but our room was close to the rail yard so there were some trains rumbling past in the middle of the night. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The rooms were great, spacious and comfortable, as Home2 Suites usually are. We would stay here again.

Home2 Suites was a great place to stay while visiting my daughters in Phoenix. It is located in a safe, clean area steps away from the Footprint Center. The check in process was smooth and my suite was welcoming. The bed and bedding was so comfortable, and the kitchen area provided everything I needed for my three day stay. The breakfast selection was vast and everything was kept well stocked for the whole time open. The six different combinations for the egg sandwiches was amazing, and I confess I did try them all. Be sure not to miss the coffee cake! I will definitely stay here again when coming into Phoenix,

I’m not sure how to rate this hotel because overall I like to hotel it self! BUT the way the say you have to valet park and pay $45 but I park my own car on the public street and it set in the same spot. They then sent me a text message saying my car have been safely park and request a tip courtesy tip BUT my car is still where I parked it!! So I don’t understand this part why am I paying the hotel $45 to valet part my car in public parking. I will be contacting management or corporate owners who ever be use this is not right!!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Service was impressively quick, whether it was room service or any requests we had. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed one night for a concert at the Footprint Center. Chose the hotel primarily for the location (photo shows our view from the room, literally only had to cross the street to get to the venue). Would’ve been fine for just a basic, safe, clean room but I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised! Room was clean and location was very easy to access and safe, but the service from all of the staff made our say so exceptional we now have a go-to hotel for any events in the area. Check in was so lovely, had a great chat with both ladies about the concert. Valet was very quick and efficient and friendly. Breakfast was well-stocked and clean tables. Highly recommend!!

10 out of 10 I recommend.

All the reasons why:

1) Conveniently 10 steps across the street from foot print stadium I think thats the name of it. So if you’re in town for a concert or show you’re in for a treat literally being across the sidewalk staying here

2) Staff is top tier- very respectful, attentive, friendly, welcoming, helpful & efficient. Amanda @ front desk, Marcus @ Valet & Antwain at breakfast are all amazing employees they truly made my stay so comfortable here and very welcoming they took care of me especially Marcus in concierge when I would get back late midnight and later he would be there to greet me with a slight smile and say hello making sure I got inside safe, thank you Marcus and everyone in valet for taking care of me.

3) Rooms are nice, spacious, clean and beautiful bathroom with a full kitchen minus stove you’re literally right at home here.

Last but certainly not least- the breakfast is 10 out of 10 I highly recommend. Its not your boring typical hotel hospital food its yummy creative pancake sausage sandwiches with egg, bagel sausage, egg & cheese sandwiches, cereal, you make waffles yourself, parfaits, delicious muffins, juices, cream cheese, milk, bread for toast and so much more!! and their yogurt is so soft and smooth.

Only downfall:
If you drive you have to valet which is $45 a night 🥴… other than that I felt safe, hotel is cozy and super clean and well upkeep throughout. I will always book here for my Arizona vacations in the near future!

We’ve been loyal Home2 patrons for years and have visited different ones all over the country. They are always our favorite place to stay. This is by far the WORST one we have ever stayed at (and possibly the worst hotel in general). The booking site we used not only had 9/10 on the reviews, but also said there was free parking. You can imagine my surprise when we pulled up after a long day of driving (15 hours) to learn parking was valet only at $45/night. Unfortunately, that was the best part of our experience, because at least the valet guy was nice. The room was an absolute mess. I don’t even know where to start. We went to check for bed bugs (like we always do), and there were Cheetos under the mattress. The mattress on the pullout couch had springs sticking out so I couldn’t even use it for my daughter. Every handle and light switch in the room was greasy or sticky. The toilet paper handle was broken and just lying there. The bathroom door was broken. The paper towel holder was hanging off the wall. And the beds were SO squeaky and uncomfortable. Did I mention how filthy the room was? We all felt gross in there. We should have saved our $250 and gone to a cheap motel. My son put it best when he said, “I think my favorite part of this hotel is gonna be leaving it.”

Update: I just wanted to update our review to share that we spoke with a manager, she listened to our concerns and was very understanding & made this right. The customer service experience definitely helped us feel better about trying Home2 again. Thank you.
