From check-in through check out, the staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the pool area was clean and safe. Parking was at a premium, but it was during a holiday break, and we ended up parking away from our unit. Housekeeping was very responsive to our request to replace towels. Suite had everything we needed to enjoy meals as a family instead of all restaurant meals. Simply excellent

We loved the rooms, as a family of 5 - we often have a tough time finding enough beds and space to accommodate all of us. With two teens and an 8 year old, the pool and games room was amazing. The staff were very kind and assisted us with anything we needed. We drove from Alberta, Canada so having a kitchen was a huge bonus!

Rooms were nice but a little out dated. They were doing some upgrades while we were there though. Convenient location. They only have 2 washers and dryers near the pool area. The pool was nice and had a hot tub attached. The staff was great. The room we had only had a shower (sorry for all you bath takers). It has a game room and a nice gym. You do need to be aware this is a timeshare. If you are stern on not getting roped into that, then this is a great place to stay.

Beautiful place to visit for the week! Close to everything in Scottsdale but tucked away from the city. Our stay was amazing and the condo is beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even gave us cold towels on check in as we just drove in from Florida. Pool is absolutely awesome and they even have a children's pool&park. Highly recommend!!

Loved it here. Lots to do right on the property. Heated pool, hot tubs, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, human size checkers, corn hole, pool table, finess center and labyrinth garden very peaceful. We will return great for short or long stays.

Stayed 3 nights and place was amazing room was clean nice and comfortable kitchen had everything you needed literally. Felt like a home away from home. I asked For one of the newly renovated room and got a room facing the pool with a great view. Pool area was nice never crowded while we were there. Bar area was nice drinks was good the male bartender was nice. Food was pricey at the bar area. They text everyday to see how your stay is going so thought that was nice. I would Deff book this hotel again the area was good a lot of shopping areas near buy. Not sure about restaurants because being it had a kitchen me and my partner cooked everyday while we were there.
