Great place to stay. The penthouse suite was amazing. Huge area with 2 master suites with bathrooms and an extra room with twin beds that also had a bathroom outside of the room. The coyotes yipping and howling in the wash at night was so cool. A great stay!

The place was awesome. Huge closet spaces in all the rooms. For those travelling with extra kids, a closet can be turned into a little pillow fort room for them to play in and/or extra sleeping area. Notice for older folks or those travelling with lots of baggage: there are no elevators, and the inner stairs from the garage are a bit steep. If you fall in this category, I would recommend getting a first floor room.

Check in was easy. We were given a garage door opener and several magnetic keys. After parking in the assigned garage, we could not get into our unit. We needed a physical key, not a magnetic one. We walked to the front desk where the attendant argued with us that we did not need a key. She called maintenance so he could show us how to use a hotel key. He was friendly, but it took him quite a while to find the correct key. He then had to go cut 2 new keys to the unit. He did this twice as the first set was the wrong key. Luckily, we were in our room within about an hour and a half of arriving.
These units are old and in desperate need of updates. They also need cleaned. I walked around in my socks, and the bottoms of my feet were black. There was a dead tarantula on the floor of the dining room also. It was not freshly dead.
When we tried to go to bed, our daughters bed had no bedding. We walked to the front office for bedding and were scolded that we should have dialed zero so that someone could bring things to us. Like we wanted to wait another hour for bedding. The mattresses were broken down and uncomfortable.
The outside areas were the dirtiest I have seen at a worldmark resort. It does seem that this is the trend with being bought out by wyndham.
I love the location. It was perfect for attending a nearby wrestling tournament. I will not be returning unless things change significantly.

We typically like to stay at WorldMark’s across the country but this one was mediocre. The apartment was ready to stay in but had some problems. The toilets easily clogged. We asked for towels ahead of time but we had to ask for the towels when we got here. The good things are the service was fast and available anytime. The location is great because it is 20 minutes from activities in the surrounding cities.

Facility is in a great location for hiking with restaurants close by, Fairly easy to get to local attractions. Staff is great, pool area is awesome. Downs are that the workout room is minimal, and our room, at least, really needed some upkeep (water damage to ceiling, beat-up trim, bad paint patch jobs). Kitchen was fairly well stocked with basic dishes.

This timeshare property was probably the worst one I’ve ever stayed in. Although the staff was great. The maintenance of the property was poor they say they in the middle of renovations and we did notice some put it was like putting lipstick on a pig. The hot tubs weren’t working and only one was barely warm. The furniture in the unit was old and dirty and the beds were terrible the worst night sleep would have been better sleeping on the floor. None of the bathrooms had any shampoo or conditioner let alone lotion and just a small bar of soap.
Then they was construction going on at 7:30am with no warning. Not what you want waking you up on vacation. Good location for our agenda.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Good accommodations in a great location! Comfortable two bedroom and two bathroom condo. They use cards to enter the pool/spa area and the fitness room, but still use keys for room entry? Little things are missed …. dirty HVAC return, towel holders loose, doors dirty around handles, and neither of the spa jets are working.

Gave us a room that was dirty. Bed unmade l, dishes in sink, fridge had food in it. They gave us a uncleaned room. Had to move. Then TV'S didn't work. Called for day to get that fixed. Not good management.
