We did not stay at the hotel, but instead, utilized the wonderful restaurant/bar in the afternoon to eat.
It opens at 3, which was perfect, the kind front desk staff gave us plenty of information, and when we got to eat, we had such personable service, a lovely lunch/dinner, and the service was just super. Our kind waitress took great care of us, and the chef absolutely whipped up some grilling magic in the kitchen.
Highly recommend this little place.

Pros: The reception and dining staff were wonderful… friendly and very helpful. The location was very convenient to the airport. They did have breakfast available…. Although if you have to pay the $16 for it you might be better off going to ihop down the road. The beds were comfortable enough and the room had a fridge.
Cons… you can hear everything through the walls. God help you if someone next door is even having a normal conversation, it’ll sound like they’re sitting right next to you. The AC made a horrible noise and we ended up having to turn it off every night. The water was either scalding hot or freezing, changing temps drastically without even touching the faucet. Finally we were there for 4 nights and our room did not get serviced even one time, despite us talking to the housekeeping staff.

Staff was outwardly friendly and mostly very helpful. There was some less than welcoming chatter at one point by the gentlemen at the front desk, but even that I think was a momentary. I'm confident they can reach 100% courtesy 100% of the time by respecting all, appearances and assumptions aside Overall this was a good experience. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. I would choose here again.

Easy check in and nice staff, room was clean and appears recently updated. Towels are thick and pretty soft. Highly recommend for airport hotel and you can’t beat the parking fee.

We had to get a last minute booking for the hotel room coz another hotel cancelled our reservation. We got a room quite alright. The air conditioning in the room was beyond manageable. From being ultra noisy, it just wouldn’t adjust to any other setting except for on or off. Otherwise the room was good and spacious. The lady at the reception was very friendly and gave us extra time for check out.

My daughters and I stayed from Friday-Monday. Once inside the room I ALWAYS check the bed and bathroom. The tub had a dirt wring. I purchased cleaning supplies to clean the tub/shower correctly. The floor in the bathroom was not clean, you could still see dirt/trash. Our room did not get cleaned on Saturday. Sunday before we left for the football game my daughter went to the front desk to tell them to clean our room. The response she received was “we are short staffed.” After returning Sunday evening, only the beds were made and trash can emptied. There was trash on the desk area that was not picked up and the floors were not swept/mopped. We won’t be back and I won’t recommend this location.

Room was very clean, so was the hotel. Bed not so great. The mattress itself appeared new but incredibly soft. I’m not a big person but it sank to the point where my feet were up a bit, a little uncomfortable if you’re used to a firm mattress.

Room was quiet, it was notable that when I closed the door to the room that it shut off any/all noise in the hallway. And hallways were carpet, so much quieter and soaked up the noise.

The airport shuttle was a nice bonus but they could do us a favor and take some time to clean the vehicle. The seats are covered in stains and they’re rather beat up.

Hotel was good, room had some age to it (it's the little things you know) mold, cracking, small stuff overlooked by people who do the same thing day in and day out -- you get the jist.

My only complaint -- hence the 1 star is that they took a "room deposit" and it's been four weeks now and it STILL Has not cleared from my account. When I call, they say it takes 5-7 days, well well well -- that means this should have cleared three-times-over by now.
